Ngan and team helped me out of a terribly awkward spot. Great experience. - Where to start? Massive thanks to Ngan who helped me out of an embarrassing situation. Booking process is easy and confirmation is promptly followed by a courteous message via WhatsApp. One of the pickup locations was nearby our hotel in Da Nang (near the beach). On the morning of our departure we checked out and made our way with our big backpacking bags to the pickup location. I informed the WhatsApp number that I was waiting at the pickup spot when they asked me for my booking number and informed me that I had made the booking for the wrong day! (Had it booked for the 16th vs 15th) Suffice it to say that the girlfriend was not happy with me (rightly so). Almost immediately Ngan text me to say that another bus would be leaving from that location the same day at 2:50, keep in mind that this is 10am and already 35 degrees. Alternatively, we could make our way to the head office and catch a bus from there at 11am instead. Needless to say, we hopped in a grab and went straight for the office. We were greeted by Ngan and the rest of the team who pointed us to a top of the line limousine bus, complete with massage chairs and complimentary water! Not to mention, we had the entire thing to ourselves. Within no time we were whisked off to Hoi An - on the only bus journey I’ve ever taken that I wished would have taken longer! The ride was smooth and relaxing. All of this without any extra charge despite it being my fault entirely for booking the wrong dates. I cannot recommend Viet Nam Travel Bus highly enough. Great vehicles and even greater staff. Will definitely be travelling with them again.

Da Nang to Hoi An - I was very satisfied with my trip experience. Even though my schedule was changed, but it was explained very clearly. The instructions for pick-up point was also clearly stated by the support.

Best - Amazing staff! Couldn’t be better ! We got coffee and water for free. They helped us with everything. Clean and nice office also!

Nha Trang to Hoi Ann Viet Nam Travel Bus - The bus from Nha Trang to Hoi Ann was good, left on time and comfortable. The communication via WhatsApp was also good. However we arrived at Da Nang bus station at 5.30am earlier than predicted and we had a WhatsApp to say the minibus would pick us up at 6.30am. The minibus arrived at 7.05am but our names were not on the list so we messaged the company who said another bus was coming in 3 minutes. 15 minutes later it had still not arrived. Finally it arrived at 7.30am and dropped us at a random spot in Hoi Ann so we still needed to get a taxi to our hostel. I would be prepared to wait around and change travel if you use this company.

Don’t recommend for girls travelling - We used the limousine bus to get from Nah Trang to Hoi An. The toilet on board had no water. In our booking it stated that we would get the limousine bus to Da Nang where we would have a break for an hour before transferring to the last bus for 45 mins to get to Hoi An. We booked this bus specifically because the drop off location was in walking distance to our accommodation. We were escorted off the bus at a random intersection and put into a car (2 girls which was a bit daunting) and was made to pay an additional 400k dong (€15) to get to our accommodation in Hoi An when it was barely a ten minute drive. Overall a very poor experience and I wouldn’t recommend especially for girls travelling.

I wouldn't do it again unless desperate - The bus was late. There was terrible communication (they didn't announce stops, if we didn't know where to get off we would have stayed on), the drivers were rude, and most importantly, they were speeding driving in excess of 120km/h. Even on single carriage roads, even in the rain. Weaving in and out of traffic. A terrible experience. I don't recommend it.

Worst limousine service ever. Avoid - Late by an hour, had to change limo during the journey, doesn’t even send you to your destination. You will have to grab once they reach your city.

Never Again - Had a terrible overnight experience on this bus from Da Nang to Hanoi. The actual interior and comfort of the bus was not bad, but it was the customer service that was despicable. An hour into the journey as I was about to go to sleep one of the bus drivers decided to sleep on the floor right next to me. Bare in mind there was a curtain separating us and I could feel his entire body in my small single sleeper bed. On top of this he decided to open my curtain and use my charger. It was totally unprofessional as I was basically sharing a bed with this man I had never met before. When I woke him up and asked him to move he simply waved his hand at me and turned the other way. This led me of having to move to a different bed despite having paid for one that was on the ground floor. Myself and my friends were very disturbed and scared after that experience and will never be travelling with this company again. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
