Easy pick up - just email to let them know you are there waiting. - Great value service from outside International arrivals (column 4), in Da Nang. We arrived 30 minutes beforehand and emailed the company to say we were there. Polite reply, almost immediately, to confirm receipt. This was followed, a few minutes later, by the vehicle description, registration and approximate time of arrival. Driver parked up about 50 metres away (as the crow flies), in the car park over to the left, and came to collect us on foot. Trouble free trip to Huĕ.

An unnecessary stressful experience and an awful travel company - Terrible company and terrible customer service. At 8:15 am, 15 mins before what they asked me to show up at the pick up site and 30 mins before the supposed departure time, I received a message asking me to change pick up location. They claimed that there is traffic and ask me to go to a location 17 mins away instead of 4 mins away according to Grab. Since I was busy checking out of the hotel, I did not even question whether it is safe or against the policy to do so. When I already had a Grab booked to the new location and I replied sure, it is going to take longer, they just say go to the original location but be there at 8:30, which does not even make sense. Keep in mind I had to cancel my Grab and book another one, but I still got there by 8:35. After receiving no response through Whatsapp, I had to call them and they asked questions such as my full name and booking number, which where already confirmed through messages the day prior. The person on the phone is completely unhelpful and just tell me to wait. When the driver finally arrived at 8:50, he had an attitude as if it is my fault the 'limousine' was late. The limousine was cramped and did not match the descriptions online. There are numerous transport services available in Vietnam and I recommend to definitely not travel with this company.
