Need to go!! - The entire experience was fantastic from the beginning! We accidentally booked at 9:00am and they were very gracious to move to 11:00am the morning of for us. Once we made it to Malahual for the cooking class Tatiana was very informative, sweet and very pleasurable to talk to. She made us feel very welcome and like we had known her for a very long time. The food we made was amazing especially the Hibiscus Tortilla that was made in the restaurant, we did order additional tacos were delicious as well. The massages right on the beach were relaxing! 10/10 would visit again!

Great! Jackie was wonderful! - The experience was great! Only downside was that it was a little hard to find our pickup point. After that, everything was fine

One of the best excursions! - This was such an AMAZING experience! My boyfriend and I have never done anything like this before, and we were so glad that we did it. This was one of our favorite activities of our vacation. Tachi was an amazing instructor!! We learned so much and she made it such a fun experience! My boyfriend also got to snorkel on the beach after our class and massage! Was a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something new and fun!

Highly recommend! - My time in Costa Maya was absolutely fantastic! The cooking class where we made ceviche, salsa, and guacamole was both fun and delicious. The massage afterward was the perfect way to unwind. My masseause really knew what she was doing and helped get tension out of my body. Our guide was incredibly helpful, even arranging a snorkeling experience for an additional $20. The snorkeling was stunning—truly a highlight of the day. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Costa Maya!

A jewel on a beach in - Everything fell into place. Before embarking on our cruise, we meticulously booked shore excursions for each port. Our snorkeling plans in Costa Maya were unexpectedly canceled, but we quickly turned to TripAdvisor. There, we discovered an incredible alternative. The cooking experience, massage, and beach views during this excursion were absolutely fantastic! 😊

Worth it!!! - This was such a fun excursion! I would absolutely recommend it. The people were so fun and the food was great. And the massage was so relaxing. We would define do it again. Very authentic!

10/10 would do it again!!!! - Wow!!! Jacki and Sue and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Directions from the ship to restaurant Catrina were easy to follow. They even sent a time lapsed video! Once we were at restaurant Catrina they called a taxi right away to take us to the beach club. So authentic right on the water with comfy beach chairs. A table was waiting for us and our drink order was taken immediately. Mango and the strawberry margaritas were big hits! Jacki took us step by step through the process of making ceviche, guacamole and salsa. Next came our massages…right on the beach!!! They offered for an additional price to extend the massage…. I wish I would have extended as it was such a great massage! They had beach chairs and loungers for us to take into the water. It was so clean you could see your toes and the fish! Next came a surprise dance class on the beach…such fun!! We spent some time walking around the stores on the beach and bought some souvenirs to take home. There was a lady that came around taking pictures and returned with our pic on a shot glass!..:what a surprise! We returned to the restaurant and they arranged for a taxi to take us back to the port. It was the best day and couldn’t have asked for anything better! We will definitely be back.

Highlight of Our Trip!! - We were greeted by two 'pawfect' furry babies that were adorable. Chef Jaci is very passionate and got everyone excited about the experience. My husband and son do not like guacamole and ceviche, but they participated and ate it all! The beach massage was wonderful! Having a designated cabana/beach area, Andy took care of us. The group agreed this was the best part of our vacation.

Perfect day away from the cruise - The class was fun, our teacher was great, both families had a fun time and we enjoyed eating what we made. We did the massage second and it was outstanding! Totally worth it!

Great inactive activity. - Message was awesome. Cooking class also very good. Only drawback was beach, very crowded area , small. Lounge chairs, no cushions.
