The best tour guide - We went to Icmeler, for the 3rd year in a row. I would never book my tours or transfers with anyone else. Jimmy is from Marmaris and as such knows a lot of things about the area. We originally met him as my mother in law and father in law have known him for many years. This year we did the jeep safari with Stefan, and the Davy Jones 2 boat. Both tours were planned perfectly and brilliant fun. Nothing is too much trouble, we were delayed by a long time on the way out, over 3hours. Jimmy made sure we were collected from the airport and taken swiftly to our destination. I also accidentally gave him the wrong date for one of our tours but again Jimmy changed it and made sure we went on the day we wanted to go. Last year we did the Safari, a different boat and also went for the best Turkish bath and massage. Whatever you want Jimmy can work around and make sure pick ups and drop offs are efficient. Drop him a line, no problem!

Great service! - Jimbotours provided a great service for our family of 5. We had five cases, a large buggy, car seat and five backpacks. They fit us in perfectly. On time even though our flight was delayed. Cold bottles of water on arrival, WiFi in the vehicle. Smooth journey. Friendly drivers! Returning back was just the same. Brilliant service. Thank you. 🌟

Great value, helpful driver ,will use again - We travelled as a party of 8,Jimbotours organised an airport transfer for us all, our driver was friendly, helpful and provided us all with cold, bottled water. We had the same driver on both our journeys, free wifi was provided. We will definitely use Jimbotours again .

Excellent Airport Transfer - Amazing service, brand new VW van with all mod cons. Ice cold air-con, TV, Wi-fi. Super prompt collection from Dalaman, we were in Icmeler and checking in within 90 minutes. Perfect. Cant recommend Jimmy Boy enough, thanks for everything and see you again next year.

Didn’t show up. - did not show up, no one available at booth 16. As a final resort, we were forced to jump into a coach headed by a tour operator. Thankgod they were feeling generous on the day. Never use again.

Avoid unsafe not as advertised - Booked a VIP luxury transfer from Dalaman Airport. The van wasn’t luxurious in any way and wasn’t a VIP experience, also doesn’t look like any of the photos . The driver was rude , taken our cases upon meeting him and literally disappeared that caused us to run after him. His driving was dangerous while having children in the car. Upon arrival at the hotel the driver claimed we hadn’t paid , we did pay that was through trip advisor, he called his boss and passed his phone to me . His boss said what’s the problem and asked me to pay again but was extremely pushy. We didn’t pay him again. My view this is not a service of luxury or VIP. I would not advise anyone to book with this service, especially if you have children.

All right, return us to suffocate. Unreliable. - The way out went well. On arrival Dalaman, there was a sign with my name on the fence, the driver was smoking somewhere. Our (delayed) arrival was well taken into account. Please note, is not stated in the conditions, but they charge extra if you are late. After dropping off, our return trip was cancelled. Reason: there were controls preventing it from going ahead. Someone else in our hotel could just book the same day. The driver made an annoyed impression, and actually you can't just cancel a return. You abandon people for a vague reason. I recommend everyone to book through Arbek Travel instead of here. This one helped us out, and dropped us off well at the airport.
