Good service bad details - The actual pick up and transfer was great. The driver made advance contact which was appreciated because an amendment to the reservation was never received. Due to a change in our plans we needed to be picked up an hour earlier than originally booked. The online details only give date and location. My suggestion is that Viator adds the time as well as the pickup date so a reservation can be clearly checked.
