• After collecting your luggage, proceed to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.
• Our Welcome staff or driver can be identified by a sign displaying the traveler’s name.
• To confirm your transfer, our staff will ask for your digital booking confirmation or identification. If you encounter any issues locating our Welcome staff or your designated driver, please go to one of the following meeting points at the airport arrival terminals corresponding to your flight:
  • Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals: “Welcome Bar”
  • Terminal 2 International Arrivals: “Welcome Bar”

About the Return Transport:

• The maximum waiting time in the lobby for your return transfer to the airport is 5 minutes. After this time, a “NO SHOW” receipt will be issued (indicating the passenger did not arrive at the scheduled time).
• Your exact pick-up time will be coordinated or confirmed one day before your flight departure, with your driver arriving at the hotel lobby.
• To confirm your transfer, our staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification. Finally, the driver will express gratitude for choosing our services.
