Flight Delays: The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes. After this period, it will be automatically considered a NO SHOW. In case of delays, please notify us immediately through our WhatsApp number for assistance.

Hotel to Airport Pickup: The van will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes in the hotel lobby. After this time, it will be considered a NO SHOW. We recommend being ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

First Arrival at the AIRPORT - HOTEL:
Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the departure gate or platform area of the terminal.

• Our Welcome staff or driver can be identified by a sign displaying our logo or the traveler’s name.
• To confirm your transfer, our staff will request your digital booking confirmation or identification. If you encounter any issues locating our Welcome staff or your designated driver, please go to one of the following meeting points at the airport arrival terminals corresponding to your flight:
  • Terminal 2 Domestic Arrivals: “Welcome Bar”
  • Terminal 2 International Arrivals: “Welcome Bar”
  • Terminal 3: Margaretville Bar
  • Terminal 4: “Welcome Bar”

• It is important: 1.- Once you are in the waiting room to board the plane, let us know that the flight is on time (we continue to monitor the flight).
• 2.- When you arrive at Cancun Airport and are waiting for luggage, please let us know to allow the unit to enter the platform area.
• 3.- Locate the correct exit door, you can ask what is the exit where the Van or Transport Agencies are located.
• 4.- At this point you can place our staff or driver with our logo and/or your name.
