Great experience - My family and I had the pleasure of getting picked up from our hotel and driven to the airport by Pedro. What a pleasant man, very personable. It was a pleasure having him as our driver. He made our 20 minute ride go by fast by just talking to us and telling us about the neighborhoods. He is highly recommended!

End of Tripp ride - Pedro was superb, we originally ordered Uber when we first arrived to our hotel but then decided to do the shuttle going back and we are so happy we did because our Uber driver was so so do thank you for not being super shady Pedro

Great Airport transport! - Pedro provided an excellent airport transport. He arrived early and communicated exactly how to find him. He was also very friendly which made the trip to the airport fly by. I would use this service again.

Best transport in Punta Cana - Pedro is very courteous and has a pleasant personality. We felt safe and comfortable while he transported us to and from the airport. Pedro is friendly and also professional. You can count on him to be on time and add good vibes to your travels. Will definitely use his services again.

Best Transportation Service ever!!! - This is by far the best experience that I have had with airport transportation in all of my life. The company was very responsive to correspondences and their price was extremely reasonable. The vehicle was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our driver, Michael, was extremely professional and loaded all of our bags into and out of the vehicle when we arrived and when we departed. He also kept us informed of his ETA for the return trip back to the airport. Our liaison before the trip, Joanna, promptly found us and before we knew it we were packed up and headed toward the resort. We felt safe with our driver and were able to take in some of the local sites along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone Traveling in Punta Cana!

Horrible experience - I prepaid for the round trip transport (approx $150 USD) . I gave the resort information, day arriving and departing to the transfer company. Arrive in country and find the company. I am then told I have to pay another $73.70 USD because it is so far away. The company knew the destination when I paid them for the reservation. After going back and forth with them I ultimately gave them the money as my wife and I just wanted to get to the resort. En route to resort the driver pulled over on side of road and got what I assume was a credit card from another guy and preceded to stop shortly after and get fuel. When you have a client in your vehicle that is not the time to stop on side of road and get anything from anyone, nor is it appropriate to get fuel. This should be handled prior to pick up or after dropping off client . The same driver and vehicle picked us up for transfer back to airport. .Driver was on time and vehicle had at least enough fuel to get us to airport. Driver seemed nice. Spoke only a little English. His driving wasn’t erratic as I have experienced from transport companies at other destinations.
