Exceptional 15/10 - Marsen was amazing! He was extremely communicative from the start. Our flight was delayed an hour and without wifi we were unable to let him know. Once the wifi came on, we let him know we were delayed which he said was not a problem. He was waiting for us promptly upon our arrival. Extremely professional and friendly. We asked him about a ride downtown to dinner (from Palm Beach hotel area) and he agreed without hesitation. After dropping us off even asked if we needed a ride back home. 15/10 would recommend this service. Well worth the price (very cheap compared to others) with exceptional service. Will book again! Thank you Marsen!

Viator canceled my voucher. - I got an email from Viator in mid flight to Aruba about Viator refunding my transfer voucher. I never cancelled it! Had to hurry and get a taxi lined up as we were landing soon. We had the VIP pickup to our rental. It happy! Going to be calling them as I have them for the VIP airport drop off as well.

Driver didn't show up - Terrible experience. Driver never showed up. Contacted the company after arrival, they asked us to wait a while. Absolutely not, we've been traveling all day, we provided our flight details for a reason. Do not use this company.
