Expert guides assist in your embarkation and direction, as you relish the awe-inspiring vistas and unique encounters with wild Bottlenose Dolphins.

Schedule: Daily from May 1st to Oct. 1st at 9:30am & 2pm

Please note, adjustments to the tour location may be made owing to varying ocean conditions, current, tides, and winds.

The address for your GPS is 2500 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 23451. Sometimes GPS will direct you to the Trail Center across the street- DO NOT DO THIS!!! You will need to turn into the CAMPGROUND entrance. Also, walk down to beach as we are on the beach! Tipping is also customary!

So much fun and more memorable than an amusement park! - My family and I had an absolutely amazing experience! My kids are 13 and 14 and their exercise regimen consists of clicking a computer mouse and occasionally getting up from their computer to go to the bathroom or fridge. I was a little concerned that they wouldn’t be able to keep up with paddling but they did and really enjoyed it. Booking was easy, communication was excellent and the cost is ridiculously reasonable. I got an email/text with very clear instructions on where to go. Our guides were Michael and Troy and they were both very personable and knowledgeable. They gave good instruction and knew so many facts about the area. They both seemed legitimately invested in making sure we got to see some dolphins and we did! It wasn’t until about the last 30 minutes but once they showed up they were everywhere. Even if you have never kayaked before, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Fun afternoon - This is a great local small company. Our family group was age 13-55. Many of us had kayak experience but its not needed. We saw many dolphins very close to us. The water for our trip was super calm; its more of a bay and not like the open ocean--Barely a wave, super easy to launch from the beach. (We have experience elsewhere with beach launches that are NOT easy.) Knowledgable guides. Very enjoyable afternoon. If you go, you have to pay to park ($8-$10) since its a state park type area and the company has no 'storefront'. Fill up water or use bathroom at visitors center before you go down to beach.

Lots of dolphins - Really great trip. Definitely strenuous. Saw lots of dolphins. Lots! Would prefer tip ge included in overall price.

Great experience! - We had the most wonderful time on the water today with Pearce and Will! We saw so many dolphins. We were thrilled. And the guides were so knowledgeable. Highly recommend this great small business! Totally worth the price.

Fun morning of exercise while learning fascinating facts about VA marine life - Awesome way to start the day, highly recommend. We paddled after 3 pods of dolphins in the calm bay water, passing pelicans and other birds. Our local guide Liam gave us a lot of interesting marine life information and set a comfortable pace with a few water breaks. Visit the nature center afterwards and enjoy lunch on the beach.

We were lucky enough to... - We were lucky enough to have multiple pods of dolphins come close. Troy and Micheal were very knowledgeable guides. We were nervous at first, but it made no difference that we had zero previous kayak experience.

Family fun - Jay our guide for the day was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wild life of the area which was a plus for us, wildlife lovers…. For the tour, dolphins where a little far away, but we saw many. I was expecting to see them from a closer range, but still an amazing and great experience for the family.

We had a great time and... - We had a great time and saw a lot of dolphins! Michael was our guide and knew just where to go. He also got us some good videos of the action and snapped some pics of us for our memory book. Definitely recommend getting out there!
