Beautiful views - My husband and I did the 6-hour tour on the third day of our trip and we both loved it. Our guide, Bakip (not sure about the spelling) was great, always slowing down the boat when we passed by birds and drawing our attention to them. This isn't the type of tour where the guide shares so many facts with you that you can't remember all of them, but is rather a relaxing boat ride through a beautiful lake to a cute little village for lunch. Unfortunately it started downpouring on our way back, but Bakip did a good job of keeping our spirits up and the rain added another later of beauty to the area. We were served local wine and traditional Montenegrin breakfast fried dough, both of which were delicious. I recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the Lake Skadar area and spend a relaxing day in nature.

Amazing trip and nature of Lake Skadar - Our trip was on July 9. Departure was at 11:30 a.m., returning around 6 p.m., without delay. During the tour, we were served drinks (local wine and drink water) and warm homemade donuts "priganice" with honey! The route of the trip is lovely! There were two stops for swimming in the lake. The boat ride was leisurely so we could enjoy the local fauna and nature. Then there was a 1-hour stop in Rijeka Crnojevica. This is more than enough to explore this picturesque village. There are restaurants, and you can relax. We liked our guide. His interaction with passengers is 10 out of 10. Therefore, we did not quite understand some of the previous reviews about the boring trip and the lack of frequent stories from the guide. He didn't tell much, but it allowed us to enjoy the local scenery fully. In addition, he always slowed down the boat when we saw a new bird so that we could photograph it if possible. He is very friendly and outgoing. Another important point... we were lucky that there were no russians among the passengers. It is always nice to be in the company of adequate people:). To finalize, all the staff of Kingfisher were great from the beginning to the end. We can say that our expectations were exceeded. It is one of the best companies you can choose in Virpazar! Hello to your guide from Ukraine...I think his name was Vranas or Branas. Sorry if I wrote it wrong :).

Our highest recommendation! Great tour and friendliness! - We took a 3 hours tour with our 10 and 12 years kids! Perfectly organized, genuine and friendly! The boat is a traditional one and has a shelter so all passengers (ca 12-14 people, sitting all comfortably) have shadow. The scenaries are amazing! Definitely worth a visit! We were offered some local wine tasting and some delicious typical breakfast snack. Best of all is the friendliness and prompt answes before booking! Thanks Milica and Philip (our driver!) . We definitely will recommend you to all our friends! Hope to see you again somewhere in Montenegro or Sweden! Take care!

Refreshing, scenic tour of Lake Skadar! - Our tour guide welcomed us with amazing local pastries. He was a thoughtful skipper willing to accommodate the high temps by stopping for dips in the cool water. Plenty of water and local wine and introduction to local plant and bird life. Highly recommended excursion

Stunning lake - It’s stunning lake and would be perfect if you go private or with small group. Also I guess it’s better to go either in the early morning or to see sunset. Pelicans are only in Albanian side unfortunately.

Half-day trip, 6 hours, by boat in Skadar - Friendly staff, at reception like the skipper. 23 people on the boat. Very beautiful landscapes but quite similar throughout the walk. Perhaps a little far from aerial views. To do it again we would take a 2h39 walk which would be more than sufficient.
