Satisfactory and fun - We enjoyed the guided tour very much. The bus was comfortable and the boat was real fun. Thank you very much

Useful Tour - The hop on Hop Off has relatively few stops, but that said the town is not that large either. It offered a good way to see the main features ans to get a feel for the island and its unique place in Sweden.

Good Tour! Bad organization! - Overall you get to see a lot of Stockholm in a single shot, but due to very poor instructions, and none existent guide or really anyone to help, it was pretty bad! The bus meets you in unmarked location, with a very random voucher location. The driver of this bus, does bot speak or even look at you, then after the bus tour he points you in to a boat direction and its up to you to find it and not miss it(we did) and have to run around Stockholm trying to catch it! Make sure you have exact meeting locations before you go!

Audio on bus portion of tour incomprehensible - The first hour is the bus tour. It was not clear at all where to meet the bus around the park. Had to ask around with other Stromma guides. Audio on the bus was incomprehensible. I tried 6 different seats/jacks and the audio had interference from other languages in the background at everyone of them. My husband had same issue with his earphones and jack. I switched to other languages and interference was the same. It was impossible to understand anything at all being said. Two hour boat portion of the tour in contrast was perfectly understandable and enjoyable even in the rain!

Disappointed - Very disappointed- tour from cruise 6/4/22. Only one stop at the entrance of the old town wall. The driver told us he will return in one hour. Instead me and my husband waited for 2hours and 10 minutes for HOHO bus!

Meh - Found it difficult to find the pick location even with the help of locals. Bus and boat ride is a loop, you end up where you start out. This is NOT a hop on hop off. Very difficult to differentiate tour buses. They all look the same. Bus drivers of competing companies are rude and unhelpful.

Visby Rip Off Bus Tour. - Do not use this bus. It is a total rip off. Only one stop for the city centre. A tour of car parks, camp sites, a cemetery, the hospital, residential areas, and the buses are few and far between. Only two buses with two cruise ships in port. Be prepared to wait anything up to an hour at the designated stops, and then have to stand all the way back to the ship.

Poorly run -AVOID - Opt for renting bikes or simply walking - when our cruise ship arrived they told us that they only had 2 buses running the whole day and once the 2nd bus left we would have to wait over an hour until tose loaded in the 2 buses had done their route. we opted to rent bikes while others simply walked the roughly 1/2 to Old town.Avoid supporting tour operators who don't have their act together

Very unhappy - They do not post any information on time restrictions that I could find online. Understand that the last bus is at 5pm and your 24 hour ticket is quite time restricted. If you think you will get a full day and return to the ship after dinner you are mistaken. It is also quite confusing, as there is another hop on and off bus operating concurrently. And there is no narration or information as you ride. I would not buy again.

Very disappointing - ❗❗Very bad! ❗❗ The bus just arrived once an hour, the very expensive ticket can't be combined with other bustours like the redsightseeing bus company. The liveticker for the bus was OK, but our bus waited offroad for 30 min and so did we, on a busstop with other unhappy clients. All in all, we felt trapped in an expensive experience without a good service! The customer service wasn't open to answer our questions and complains. The bus who should have arrived every 30 min, came after over one hour. In the explanations of the tour, the promised 2 busses an hour. Furthermore we had to change busses in the middle of the tour!
