Great for a slow solo traveler who enjoys wandering to explore a city by foot - Had i not done this audio tour, I may not have truly appreciated my stay in Viterbo. I got lost following the audio tour (navigating directions is not my strong point), but getting lost had me discover plazas and streets that held wonderful surprises of quaint shops and Christmas kiosks. Because I was traveling alone, having the audio provided nice and informative company. If you enjoy getting to know a city by wandering on foot, the audio tour in Viterbo is a viable and economical option. The reason I have the audio tour a 4 is that for a person who is not tech savvy, it took me a while to figure out how to start the audio tour and I had a hard time figuring out how to to keep up with the itinerary while the audio played.

A near miss! - After much anticipation, I arrived at Rome train station ready for a great day. Unfortunately early morning trains were all noted as delayed or cancelled. When I inquired about the 9:06, I was advised all train service had been cancelled due to some ill-described track issue. So, never got to Viterbo 😡. Very disappointed as today was the only spot where we could go. OK, maybe next time.
