  The Blue Eye is a breathtaking natural spring situated approximately 20 km (12 miles) from Saranda, nestled within the mountains. The spring’s crystal-clear waters exhibit a vibrant blue and turquoise color, earning it the name “Syri i Kaltër” (meaning “Blue Eye”).

What to do:
Explore the Blue Eye Spring: The area surrounding the Blue Eye is lush and verdant, providing a tranquil setting to unwind and appreciate nature. The water maintains a refreshing temperature of 10°C (50°F). While swimming is not advised due to the strong current, visitors can enjoy the picturesque views and capture memorable photos.

• Kalaja e Lëkurësit - Lëkurësi Castle, located just a few kilometers from Saranda. Perched on a hilltop, this castle provides one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Saranda, the Ionian Sea, and the surrounding hills.
