Dong Van Ancient Street - Dong Van Town is a charming highland gem nestled in the heart of Ha Giang province. With its rich history, unique culture, and stunning natural surroundings, it offers a captivating experience for travelers seeking an authentic adventure.

This historic town has served as a bustling trading center for centuries, leaving behind a fascinating blend of ethnic influences and colonial architecture. Today, it’s a place where you can immerse yourself in the local way of life, explore vibrant markets, and discover the stories hidden within the town’s ancient walls. After dinner, you can free explore Dong Van Ancient Town.

Ha Giang Hoppers Tour - At 8.00AM: We will have a light breakfast at my hostel and meet our guide and easy rider. The lead guide will brief the Ha Giang Loop Map for you before starting the tour.

Hanoi - About the pick up time for the tour, we have 3 options for you:

  • Option 1 (Hanoi/Sapa): Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter/Sapa at 4PM and arrive in Ha Giang around 10PM before the starting day. Stay in our dorm without charge. Start the tour in the next morning.

  • Option 2 (Hanoi/Sapa): Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter/Sapa at 21PM and arrive in Ha Giang around 3AM before the starting day. Stay in our dorm without charge. Start the tour in the next morning.

  • Option 3 (Hanoi/Sapa): Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter/Sapa at 6AM on day 1 and arrive in Ha Giang around 1PM. Start the tour immediately.

Day 2: Dong Van - Ma Pi Leng - Boating on Nho Que River - Meo Vac

Ma Pi Leng Pass - Embark on a thrilling motorbike ride through this scenic pass, with breathtaking drops on one side and towering mountains on the other.

Nho Que River - Take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters of this scenic river, a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration. Here you will take a Boat trip and reach out Hem Tu San - the deepest canyon in Southeast Asia in Ha Giang.

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark - Trekking in Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark:

Pass through Pải Lủng Village, characterized by rocky mountains, pine forests, and local Hmong people cultivating corn. Then, venture into the bamboo forest of Thào Lủng and continue our ascent to Sả Lủng Village, located on high rocky terrain.

Meo Vac - After trekking, we will head to Meo Vac. Here we will arrive our Campsite.

Meo Vac - Du Gia - Nam Dam - Ha Giang

Du Gia - We will start the last day at 9AM after breakfast. Du Gia Village is a tranquil oasis nestled amidst the stunning landscapes of Ha Giang province. Known for its breathtaking rice terraces, traditional stilt houses, and warm hospitality, it offers a truly authentic and off-the-beaten-path experience. Immerse yourself in the local culture, explore the surrounding natural beauty, and discover the hidden charm of this enchanting village.

Lùng Tám - A highlight of our tour is a visit to Lung Tam Weaving Village, where the essence of traditional H’Mong linen weaving is meticulously preserved. Nestled in Ha Giang’s mountains, Lung Tam village is famed for its Hmong linen weaving tradition. Here, a cooperative established in 1996 preserves this 200-year-old craft. Visitors can witness the process, learn about the culture, and even support local artisans by purchasing beautiful linen products. Here, you will:

  • Witness the skillful H’Mong artisans creating exquisite linen products that embody their deep cultural heritage.
  • Gain insights into the traditional linen weaving process, from flax cultivation and harvesting to drying, spinning, and weaving.
  • Try your hand at weaving and experience the intricate craftsmanship that goes into each piece.

Nậm Đăm - Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Ha Giang province, Nam Dam Village offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Renowned for its picturesque rice terraces, traditional Dao culture, and warm hospitality, this hidden gem invites travelers to immerse themselves in the heart of rural Vietnam. Here we will have a lunch at one of local home.

Ha Giang Hoppers Tour - After lunch, we will head back to Ha Giang City. We will be back at 4PM. 4.30PM: The bus will pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi/Sapa/Ninh Binh.
