A special experience - Our (myself and my two children 13 and 11) tour was amazing! My father served in Vietnam and it was so special to see where he was based. Our guide Huong even located where his camp would have been in Nui Dat. She stop the car happily every time I wanted to take a photo and her knowledge was extensive. Our lunch was in a beautiful location in vung tau and was delicious. I highly recommend doing this tour, especially if you have a connection to the Vietnam/American war. Please note that there isn’t a lot of evidence that Australia was there so a guide is essential. And the hills that were significant to the Australians and New Zealanders are now quarries so will not be there in ten years time. Grateful to have visited now. X

Long Tan Tour - Nam is an excellent guide who is passionate about telling the stories of the Long Tan Battle between the Australian and Vietnam military, the Nui Dat Australian base and the fascinating tactics of both sides as they endeavoured to get the upper hand. Importantly, Nam brings the historical events alive with firsthand stories from Vietnam Veterans and their families. Nam arrived early to our hotel and explained the day’s itinerary. We travelled in a very comfortable vehicle with good aircon. After Long Tan we had a delicious lunch at a Vung Tau restaurant with beautiful views of the beach. Our host pampered us with cold water, plenty of bathroom stops snd took photos of us together. We highly recommend this tour and our guide Nam and very competent driver.

Amazing and Informative - I think this your should be on all Australians Vietnam itineraries! We were honoured to be guided by Nam, who has a genuine passion for history of the area and family links to the times. Nam is an absolute wealth of knowledge and stories and facts , with the evidence as well. Do your self a favour dedicate a half day with Nam, and pay respect to our brave Aussie and kiwi diggers.

Long Tan an Nui Dat tour - One of the most uplifting tours i've ever been on, our tour guide Chris being an ex vet gave insight into the war and conditions that you couldn't imagine. Highly recommend anyone visiting Vietnam to do this tour.

Day trip not to miss - A very special and interesting tour for Australians. We visited the Nui Dat base and the Long Tan memorial. We saw the rubber plantations and were shown pictures of what the area was like during the war. We also visited the Long Phuoc tunnels. We went to Vung Tau for a delicious lunch. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in seeing this part of Vietnam. A wonderful day.

Historical tour but rushed - We found the tour guide to be a bit abrupt and a little rude at times, we were not sure if this was because of his culture or not, he was knowledgeable about the tour history though, the traffic was terrible and all together it just wasn't the best trip
