Long Tan/Nui Dat Tour - Dingo Chein was an outstanding tour guide, his knowledge regarding the Australian’s activities in Vietnam and Long Tan was detailed and accurate.
Dingo speaks English fluently and he made us feel welcome from the start of the tour with his bright happy personality.
I was moved by the two memorial services Dingo Chein conducted and Australians would be proud of his contribution to keeping the lives of the fallen never forgotten.
This is a must tour for any Australian, especially those with family or friends who have served in the Vietnam War.
Thank you Dingo
Lest we forget

Great Day out in Long Tan - Our tour guide Dingo Chien took us on a wonderful tour of Long Tan/Nui Dat. We visited the memorial in Long Tan and had a very detailed walk through the old Australian Military base where Dingo showed us where all the major installations were including the airfield.
We then finished the tour with a trip through the tunnels and a traditional Vietnamese lunch. Awesome day out and highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about the Vietnam War. Thanks Dingo, your English is excellent, including your singing.

Long Tan, Nui Dat, Horseshoe and battlefields tour. - Dingo took me around all the important sites that my father was stationed during the war. Visiting Nui Dat and the associated monuments/memorials. This included the 6RAR and 5RAR headquarters.
Visiting the horseshoe was significant as my Dad often talked about his time here.
We also stopped by the tunnels and the Long Tan memorial cross.
I recommend this tour if you are a veteran yourself or a family member of a veteran.
Dingos English is very good and he provides a lot of extra information

Long Tan Nui Dat battlefield tour - Our tour guide Dingo Chien was so informative! His knowledge of the LongbTan battle was very thorough. We had 2 moving ceremonies marking the passing of Australian soldiers at the old Nui Dat base and the Long Tan cross where the last post and national anthem was played. Very unexpected but very emotional. Chien also gave us flowers to put on the memorials. We respectfully unfurled the Australian flag at each ceremony. He shared a good collection of photos in an album showing various parts of the battle and then recent photos of Chien at the 50th anniversary. We finished the day with a delicious traditional lunch we shared with Chien and our driver.

Long Tan Nui Dat with DINGO Chin - Dingo CHIN was our guide for the day. He truly is a man of so much knowledge when it comes to this tour. We definitely saw and heard more than we thought we would. We were very thankful for the personal touch at both memorial sites. He made it very special as we did the tour mostly because we had a family member in that battle.
Very professional and enjoyed the whole day.

Don't Take This Tour Scam - Tour was over priced !! When picked up the car smell of Cigarettes made me feel very ill !! Last year I had Prostate cancer surgery and sometimes I need to use bathroom. I was told we don't have time to stop shortly after we were stopped by Police for speeding. I got out of the car to stretch my legs and was told by the Guide get back into the car. We were stopped for about 15mins I couldn't wait so I asked a business to use their Toilet. I was gone for about 3 minutes. When I got back Guide very rude saying he had to wait to long. The sites we visited had very little information apart from the Guides knowledge. I am Ex Military and my Father served in Vietnam War. This tour was important for me to remember Australian Servicemen and my Father who suffered PTSD after. The sites had very little acknowledgement of what occurred there. After lunch (good), I was told now we go back (tour was stated 8hrs). We didn't visit the Tunnels as per itinerary and when I asked why I was told not enough time. The entire trip was overpriced and false advertising. I was the only one on the tour and now I know why. Ironically my 60th Birthday was yesterday the date of the Battle of Long Tan 58yrs. Do not waste your Money on this Tour. I was a Tour Guide for 2 years and this is the worst Tour I have ever taken anywhere in the World !!
