The adventure begins with a guided tour of the farm, where participants will explore the vibrant landscape and discover the diverse ecosystem that flourishes here. As they wander through the fields, they will have the chance to pick fresh greens, fragrant herbs, and seasonal vegetables directly from the garden. A visit to the chicken coop will also allow them to collect fresh eggs!
Once the ingredients are gathered, participants will gather by the traditional wood-fired oven, ready for the culinary journey ahead. Guided by our skilled hosts, they will prepare a variety of traditional Greek and Pelion recipes, using the fresh produce they have just collected.
At the conclusion of the class, everyone will sit down to savor the delicious meal they have created, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the farm.
