Great Volterra private guide! - Our visit to Volterra was greatly enhanced by hiring Luisa as our guide. Volterra is rich with history and Luisa shared her knowledge and passion for the region in our 2 hour walking tour. At the end of the tour we visited a young alabaster artists’ workshop who gave us a brief demonstration of her craft. I would highly recommend Luisa when you plan your trip to this region.

DO NOT HESITATE! - I have taken many archeological tours around the world. Luisa is fantastic. her knowledge and ease of explanation makes time with her wanting more. We did Volterra and San Gimignano. And if offered take her for all the towns in the area. Communications are outstanding and her family also run nan Agro-Tourismo. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect tour, we loved every minute of it ☺️ - What an amazing tour we had☺️ Luiza is a true lover of Volterra, she knows this beautiful town’s history, buildings, stories, and the people inside out. It was a pleasure to spend our time with her and to get to know this Tuscan gem a little deeper. Definitely recommended, would book tours with her any time if we return.

Private Tour in Volterra was amazing! - We found this private tour on Trip Advisor and it was worth every penny! Luisa was our guide and you could tell that she loves the city of Volterra. She has a PhD in archaeology and an amazing way of imparting her knowledge in a friendly and engaging way. Even my teenage daughter thought the tour was awesome! (her words, not mine...) And after a full tour of the city, Luisa called the owner of a local alabaster shop so we could stop by and see how the beautiful sculptures were made. The tour was personalized to our interests (architecture for my husband), and was just a delightful way to spend a beautiful afternoon overlooking the gorgeous Tuscan landscape. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you, Luisa!
