- Vossevangen - Voss is a municipality in Hordaland county. The administrative center of the municipality is the village of Vossevangen. Voss is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, forests, lakes and fast-flowing whitewater rivers. This has led to its development as a notable center of skiing, watersport, skydiving, paragliding and other adventure sports. Every year in the last week of June the area hosts the Ekstremsportveko (Extreme Sports Week), which is regarded as the world’s premier extreme sport festival. Bømoen, the local airstrip, is home to Skydive Voss, one of the largest dropzones in Norway, as well as a gliding club. The rivers provide various levels of white water, attracting kayaking, rafting and river boarding. Kite surfing and para-bungee may be seen on lake Vangsvatnet. The ski area, to the north of the town, is accessible via a cable car, Voss Gondol.

Embarking from Bergen, we’ll journey towards Flåm and traverse Stalheimskleiva, a winding 1.5km road through Nærøydalen, typically in summer. On arrival in Flåm, an exciting fjordsafari awaits us on the Aurlandsfjord and Nærøyfjord, aboard our RIBs. These are open boats, capped at only 12 passengers to give an intimate and personal experience with our guides. This gives you the opportunity to get up close to quaint villages and cascading waterfalls. Be fascinated by the phenomenal views, intriguing tales and rich history imparted by your own personal guide. We’ll immerse you in nature, watching out for seals, porpoises, and eagles en route. All the necessary gear for a secure and comfortable fjord experience will be provided - including floatation suits, life vests, hats, gloves, and goggles. Upon return to Flåm, we’ll continue onward with the Flåm Railway - one of the world’s steepest rail routes. The journey continues with a train transfer at Myrdal station to the Bergen Railway destined for Voss. From there, we’ll chauffeur you back to Bergen in our car.
