- You must provide your own carseat/booster seat for infants and small children. Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

Meet in the former Harp Design shop, 808 N 15th St. There is free parking in the parking lot or on the street. Please be there at least 20 minutes early and come inside to check in, no need to wait in your car as we have a nice and comfortable waiting space.

Although we enjoyed the... - Although we enjoyed the tour and found it very informative, we were very surprised that so many of the homes were in such questionable areas. Had we known that up front we probably would have passed on the tour.

Waco Awakenings - We had a wonderful tour of Waco and all things fixer upper! Our tour guide Kim was amazing and so knowledgeable! She shared lots of info and fun stories. We loved getting to know her andsuch a great way to see highlights of Waco and Fixer Upper.

Great Tour, Great Value! - My husband and I took this tour Sunday, 8/25/2024. It was a very good tour. It was a small group so it allowed for a more intimate setting. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us a lot of insight about Magnolia and behind the scenes tips. One thing that we didn’t know when we’vesigned up for the Sunday tour was that everything Magnolia is closed on Sunday’s. So I’m glad we had an extra day because we would have been disappointed if Sunday had been our only day however we had an opportunity to tour with the crowds and stake out where we would go the next day. Our tour guide showed us Jimmy Don’s shop next to the Magnolia shop, she said he was friendly and often signed autographs and took pictures with visitors; we went back the next and Jimmy Don pulled up in his pick up truck, welcomed us in, he stood around and discussed the show and gave us an autograph on a piece that we purchased. He was extremely nice and we wouldn’t have known about his store if it had not been for our tour guide. So I would recommend this tour, it was worth the money.

Will do this tour again with the whole family! Must do for Chip and Jo fans! - We really enjoyed this tour from beginning to end. Loved getting to go inside one of the homes and all of our stops. Our tour guide, Bonnie, was kind and friendly and so knowledgeable. We picked up a cute ornament at JDH and Jimmy Don autographed it for us. So fun!

Wonderful, very entertaining as well as informative - Wonderful tour Kim and Jessie were so funny It was definitely one of the more entertaining tours I've been on, great tour I highly recommend! And don't worry Jessie one day you'll move out of Kim's yard! Lolol!!!

The tour was great! - The entire tour was fun! Loved seeing the 3 Little Pigs house and meeting Jimmy Don. Our guide, Bonnie was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! It was a great experience!
