Wadi Rum Protected Area - Wadi Rum Village - You will reach the Wadi Rum Visitor Centre, where you will be asked to show your Jordan Pass or pay a 5 JD entrance fee, then continue down this road to the Wadi Rum Village.
The meeting point is at the Wadi Rum Rest House. This is the first thing you will see on your right when you arrive.
We can come and pick you up between 9.30 to 10.00 am. Once all the customers arrive, then we will start the tour immediately. It will be at 10.00am.
First, our guide will do a self-introduction about himself, the tour and itinerary of the days.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - After the pick up, we will drive you by jeep to Jebal Al Hash, located in Al Forah area, close to the Jordanian-Saudi Arabian border. It will take around a 40-60 minute ride.
This mountain is very easy to climb for anyone who is inexperienced or who would like a simple hike. You and your guide will start hiking from the eastern side of the mountain in the Um Snenah Valley and go through the valley to the top. Then we will take you down from the north-western side of the mountain by Wadi Nuqra.
This is probably the most beautiful mountain in Wadi Rum to hike on, because when you arrive at the highest point (1700m above sea level) you will see all the different colors that encapsulate Wadi Rum. In total, this will take around 5 hour duration.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - Bedouin lunch - After reaching the top, you will descend the mountain and your guide will start cooking your lunch and you can rest for 1 hour.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - White Desert - The second sightseeing stop will be on the way back from the hike, known as White desert, which has vast views across the desert, with flatter formations and wider valleys.
We will take you to visit Qatar spring, Bedouin dam, wadi nugra and some short hike in the white desert.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - Um Sabatah - At sunset, Wadi Rum pinnacles and canyons come alive in vivid golden and reds color.
Experience these surreal landscapes and capture the golden hours while we were preparing to serve you a hot Bedouin tea on the fire before returning back to the camp.
Wadi Rum Protected Area - Overnight at Traditional Campsite - we will go back to the camp situated in the heart of the UNESCO protected area where you could wander around or relax in front of a bonfire with a cup of traditional homemade tea before indulging in a Bedouin dinner cooked under sand. After dinner, we will continue to sit in front of the bonfire while watching starry skies, sharing old stories and jokes.
When ready, head to your bedouin camp for a cozy night in the desert. It is a peaceful place surrounded by thousands of stars in the night.
Traditional Bedouin Breakfast and Transfer Back to the Wadi Rum Village
Wadi Rum Protected Area - Catch the Sunrise - this viewpoint is located just a few minutes’ walk from the camp. Our guide will show you the direction of the viewpoint where you can catch the paranomic view which combines the white and desert.
Once back from the viewpoint, lay back, relax and walk around the camp to enjoy the morning daylight before we serve you a traditional breakfast between 7-8 am in the morning.
