Great tour by a great group of professionals. - Fantastic fun and informative about the life of seals and the efforts to help them. One of the tour guides, Schalk, went above and beyond to get be to Swakopmund in time to catch my GO2 shuttle to Windhoek. Thanks Schalk. Elmi was super helpful to get me on the tour.

Kayak, seal, dolphin, jackal, flamingo, pelican, salt mine, SJ, and so much more - We fully agree with the positive comments. Our local Guide SJ gave us extensive explanations throughout the trip, both about the fauna and about life in Namibia. We came for the kayaking but got a lot on top of it. Besides the seals we could also spot dolphins from our boat. After the trip there was also plenty of time for a hot drink and sandwiches! Nice experience.

Impressive Kajaking Tour in the bay with experienced guide - We went on a kajaking tour with SJ. The tour was amazing and the knowledge of the Guide very impressive. We learnt a lot about the different animals and the bay. He was also very engaged in rescuing a stranded whale, showing his devotion to nature and animals. We hope that soon better Equipment for whale rescues will be available. Thank You for the amazing das SJ

Super fun tour! - The kayaking tour was fabulous. I have ever seen so many playful seals together, interacting with us. The tourguide (SJ) informed us about the area, the flamingos, surfing, seals and more and managed to drive us through some pretty tricky terrain to pelican point. Would definitely reccommend!

Pelican Point Kayaking - We had a great half-day with Pelican Point. The communication with the company before the tour was exemplary. On the day of the tour everything was very well organized, and we just had to enjoy the ride. We were assigned SJ as the guide/driver, and he was the perfect guide. Told us useful and interesting information about what we saw along the way, and mixed it with personal anecdotes. He also made sure the drive was efficient and safe, and that the group had a good time. The highlight of the tour, kayaking, was amazing. First a little paddle around the point to the open sea, and then back towards the shore to hang with the seals. Although all evidence pointed at seeing plenty of seals, we couldn't have imagined getting this close to them. The tour operator assured us that we were not encroaching on their territory, and that we were not interfering with nature. The seals in the water were very playful and curious, and came right up to the kayak. You will be given a waterproof bag, and bringing for example a phone on the kayak is perfectly safe, but it's still on the water. A better tip is to bring a waterproof action camera, if that's an option. We were also lucky to see dolphins up close, literally a couple of meters away from the kayak. We understood this doesn't happen every day, so we were happy to see them. We were also lucky to see a humpback whale off the shore on our way back, apparently not a very frequent occurrence. All in all we managed to spot pretty much all possible animals on the tour (pelicans, flamingos, jackals, seals, dolphins, a whale), which was all we could hope for. A well invested half-day, and very highly recommended. And if you get SJ as your guide, you will definitely have a great tour.

A wonderful wildlife experience! - Wonderful wildlife experience! Worth the half day and lots to see and appreciate along the way. Take warm clothes to change into afterwards and take your camera/phone- the waters are still enough that there is very very minimal risk of dropping your phone, and you'll appreciate having shots of your curious seal companions.
