Navigating Namibia Sand Dunes - We had such a fabulous time with John’s Tour. He was so informative about plants, animals, the moving sand dunes etc. We had a blast and a fabulous lunch with champagne in the sand dunes.

Great guide and experience - Our trip was great. Our guide John Robby has great knowledge of the area, dunes and country, plus a dry sense of humor. Cruising along the beach and going up and over the dunes was awesome. The 4x4 is not as new as others in the fleet but all in all this tour is a major highlight of our African cruise. We had a slight problem locating our guide and vehicle when we got off our cruise ship. But other guides waiting were very friendly and helpful in locating our tour guide. Highly recommended!

Sandwich Harbour Tour to the Namib Desert - it was a very well-guided tour into the Namib desert with the organizer M.N.G Tours & Rentals. Super guides with lots of explanations and super delicious food & drinks. We were on the AIDA Stella and were welcomed immediately after the port exit. You drove into the depths of the dunes and we had a lot of fun! I can recommend this tour without restriction!

A must do in Namibia - Fantastic experience, one of the highlight of the trips. To see beautiful Sandwich Harbor with a fantastic guide that knows the dunes, this is a truly unforgettable experience. If you get the right driver he will show you the more "fun" dunes to drive on.

A must tour to experience the sand dunes meeting the see. The only drawback is the cold and wind. - This is a must tour with any agency in Walvis Bay of your choice. The drivers are very good and provide adrenaline drives in sand dunes a d on the beach you have never experienced before. Snack refreshments in the dunes is a nice bonus.

Amazing experience - This was an amazing experience the view was breathtaking. The guide was super and the snacks were great. I would recommend this tour.

Ruined day - At the start we are assigned to an external driver john's tour cc and the , we were 2 couples, we Italians and other Switzerland. Throughout the trip the driver only spoke to another couple ignoring us. He drove at high speed on the sand with his window open and his arm out. Arrived on the dunes in front of the ocean we made a stop of 10 minutes to see the wonderful view but to our bitter surprise while everyone else had lunch on the dunes facing the sea he made us get back in the jeep to go eat in a depression within the desert. At my observation that there was no view he told me that I had to climb the dunes if I wanted to see the sea. So I didn't have lunch because I had to go 300 meters uphill to see the view I paid the ticket for. Unfortunately I had to argue with my wife about this hike for which we had done 11,000 km. Day to forget thanks to John.
