After crossing a bridge, the route takes them back along the canal, this time passing Buddhist temples and one of Bangkok’s earliest train depots. If accessible, participants may visit a bronze bowl foundry and the historic steam engines at the Thonburi train depot, showcasing the city’s rich diversity.

• The Grand Palace - Ferry across the Chao Phraya

After taking a local ferry to cross the river, the bike tour proceeds past the Grand Palace, where participants can stroll through a public park that was once reserved for the royal family.
