Good Half day excursion - Excellent outing watching and learning of crocodiles, birds and snakes. Pickup and organising was excellent and on time. A must do in Cairns.

Hartley's Crocodile Adventure...An Unforgetable Experience - We booked a "Breakfast With Koalas" & enjoyed being able to pat Rosie, a 4 year old female Koala who was very calm & affectionate! An amazing experience! We then took a boat trip around a lagoon while watching the guide feed some of the huge crocodiles! It was fascinating to watch these huge crocodiles surrounding our boat & jumping out of the water to grab a chicken that the guide had dangling on a pole! Their jaws are so powerful that they sound like a gunshot when they snap their jaws! Aidan, our boat operator & crocodile expert was very informative & gave a great crocodile tour! When visiting Cairns, don't miss visiting Hartley's Crocodile Adventure! So much to see here!

Excellent plan - Great plan and experience to see crocodiles close to you. Amazing facilities and activities. It is a wonderful place to visit with family or friends

Ok but not what we expected - Good and very informative shows. The "Crocodile Adventure" is from my point of view misleading. We expected a river tour where we would spot the crocs ins nature. But this was not the case here. Hartley is a park or zoo. It is well done but not what we expected. So if you expect a river tour an spotting some crocs in wilde live book an other tour. i.e. Whitsunday Crocodile Safari.

Book direct and save - Love Hartley's - have been there many times and it has so much to see and do. We booked with Viator because this time we didn't have a car and opted for the transfers from Cairns. However, next time I would book direct with the company, which also offers transfers, as I would have saved over $50.

Memorable experience - Learning everything about the Crocodiles, The Park & all the different species of snakes! FRIENDLY TOUR GUIDES . THE BOAT RIDE ON THE LAGOON & Seeing Bazza the crocodile snatch some chicken! All the Crocs in the Lagoon had names!

Was a great day but we... - Was a great day but we could not see the Croc Feeding Show as all viewing areas were overflowing, possibly due to the large crowd during School holidays

Hartley"s crocodile - Unfortunately due to the cyclone closing parts off we didn't get to see everything, but what we did do & see was very enjoyable

Could have been honest - Advised operator that we would be travelling from Port Douglas, they suggested we met the trip at the park. We did this and paid £120 for the trip only to be given a park entry ticket that would have cost me £50 to buy on the gate

Overpriced - Pay at the centre upon arrival - Do not book this tour through Viator if you are doing a self drive. We paid $118 per adult and at the centre it is $45 that you can just pay at the door for the exact same experience. When I reached out to customer service they said the tickets are a fixed price of $80 then when I said I paid $118 per ticket they said they used the wrong currency?? A total rip off if you are doing a self drive.
