Nestled in the picturesque Wangetti Valley, in the heart of the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area you will see crocodiles in a natural Melaleuca Wetland Lagoon. You will find Cassowaries in a rare riverine rainforest; kangaroos and emus in an expansive woodland; free flight predatory birds; iconic marsupials like koalas and wombats; colourful reptiles from abroad, plus our sustainable crocodile farm.

Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is the sole wildlife park locally where the entry fee covers a boat tour. Our Living Art Gallery is home to an array of Reptiles, including the astounding Komodo Dragon and colossal reticulated python. Enjoy the Cassowary walk, the newly added Cotton Top Tamarin monkeys, numerous crocodile exhibits, and gain an understanding of our crocodile farm’s contribution to preserving wild crocodiles and their habitats. Visit the free-flight aviaries, encounter koalas & wombats. Traverse the Gondwana Gateway ‘a bridge linking two realms.’ Interpretive signages explain how isolation and adaptation have molded our fauna over the years.
We offer educative wildlife shows comprising snakes, crocodile attack show, crocodile farm tour, cassowary feeding, and more.
