Great experience - This was excellent, the breakfast was very generous (cooked breakfast, fruit salad, croissant, juice, coffee). More importantly we had a koala companion resting in a tree nearby! The keeper told us about her and answered any questions, and we were able to get lots of pictures and give the koala a good scritch. It didn't seem like the area would get too busy as they limit the number of people having breakfast with the koala. We then explored the park which was great, the shows were informative and entertaining, and we could hand feed kangaroos and wallabies! The animals looked well cared for and they talked about ethics too. We appreciated the sense of humour of the staff giving the performances and this same humour could be found in the exhibit signs talking about drop bears and the emu war.

Everything and More!!! - This was a great experience. We had a delicious breakfast and we were in a private sitting area where they brought out the sweetest Koala. You could go up and take pictures and pet it gently. The lady who took care of the Koala was happy to snap a picture for you. They gave you plenty of time and were very professional and nice during the experience. The park with the boat and the crocodiles was fascinating. There were animals at every turn. It was a VERY easy walk throughout the park and you could take your time as you made the loops. There were benches to sit on and for people who have walking concerns this, I don't think this would be an issue. There was a place to eat that served good food at very reasonable prices and a nice covered area where you could sit, eat and relax. A fun day for sure!!

Highly recommend - We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with the koala and everything that Hartleys has to offer. I can't recommend Jay enough from Beaches Meet and Greet, who ensured that we could fit this tour in as a last minute booking. We were picked up and our bags looked after while we enjoyed the park and then dropped at the airport just in time for our flight which was very much appreciated.

Amazing experience - Excellent park. The variety of animals was amazing. Eating a nice breakfast right beside a Koala was totally worth it. Highly recommend the trip

A very satisfying breakfast with koalas - I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and coffee while watching the koalas next to me. I was very satisfied to be able to touch many koalas. It was disappointing that the meeting time was not specified on the voucher, and I was 5 minutes late, and the driver kept blaming me. I hope the tour company will improve.

It was okay.. - We chose this experience as we had an international guest with us and thought it would be a bit of fun for her. Firstly, the breakfast is pretty small. While there is a good variety, you get a small serving of each option (small egg, 1 tomato, 1 hashbrown etc) and there is no seconds. If I had known, I would have got my kids to have breakfast beforehand as by the time got up early and drive an hour they were all hungry again! Secondly, they bring a koala out for the 2nd half of the breakfast and each table gets a pat and you can take a photo if you want. It is quite rushed due to the amount of tables the have to get through. The park was definitely worth a visit, I am just writing a review as I wished I knew this before I booked because we would have skipped the breakfast part had I known about this.

Waste a lot of time and inflexible schedules - Waste quite sometime to circle around and pick up guests from all different hotels. We start at 8:20, get to the park at around 9:30. We had a breakfast tour, breakfast start around 9:45. Park opens at 8:30. When I try to get food to feed crocs it all sold out (park staff said you need to come early to get them). The cruise time is 10:30, return at 1:30. If I do it again, I would take a Uber to the park before 9 and buy ticket myself at the entries or online. (more flexible on what type of activities to do and cruise times can choose). Park closes at 4:30.
