Highly recommended!! - This was a wonderful tour. Shao was very knowledgeable and taught us about the history of Taipei and about the Longsham temple with engaging stories and humor.

Great tour - This tour not only explain about the Longshan temple, but also it explains about the surrounding of the temple from the early settlement up to the people today. We even got to sample the local teas. It’s worth it to take. I had fun and eye opener.

Great introduction to temples in Taiwan - During the Longshan Temple tour we visited not only the temple but also interesting areas of the Wanhua District, e.g. herbal alley, where you get the chance to try bitter tea. Our knowledgeable guide Roro made the tour engaging and interactive. She was super friendly and open to questions. For me it was a perfect introduction to chinese culture and temples in Taiwan and a great opportunity to learn how to pray in temples and ask gods for advice.

Amazing night tour of a beautiful temple - The temple is amazing to see, especially at night. We also toured other locations not too far from the temple and were taught about the history of the areas surrounding the temple. Jenny is an awesome guide.

Great Tour of Wanhua & Longshan Temple - Manu was a great tourguide! He gave us a great tour of an interesting historic area in Taipei, with lots of historical information as well as cultural information about daily life in Taiwan from the 18th century until now. And gave us a good view into how a Temple works and what to keep in mind. Can highly recommend the tour!

Great walking tours - Longshan Temple
This was a fun evening tour. Ale did a lovely job orienting our group and taking us around the neighborhood and into the temple. I appreciated her tips about the etiquette for how to visit a temple.
Old Town Taipei Tour
Karen took our group on a fun and educational tour of old town Taipei. She knows her history and was good at telling us important parts at various sights.
I also enjoyed both tours having a stop for cultural beverages which was an unexpected and fun bonus.
Tour Me Away walking tours are a great way to learn much about Taipei and its history and culture and to see some amazing places.

Fantastic and Informative Experience on the Longshan Temple Tour - I've attended quite a few walking tours and always love how much I learn about a city from them. Having recently attending the Longshan Temple and nearby area tour with Jenny Hsieh, I really enjoyed experiencing the history of Bangka, the skin peeling street, herbal alley, and the Longshan Temple itself. I came out of the tour with a much better understanding of how Taipei was founded and the religion behind not just Longshan but all the temples in Taipei. Thanks for a great tour!
