- Songgwangsuman-ro - BTS released a preview video of ‘2019 Summer Package in Korea’, which was filmed in Oseong Hanok Village in Soyang-myeon, Wanju-gun. Located in Soyang-myeon, Wanju-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Oseong Hanok Village can create a different and romantic atmosphere while viewing the scenery of Hanok. In Oseong Hanok Village, there is an Awon Gotaek ( House of Awon), which runs a gallery cafe inside the old house and can visit the old house at regular intervals. A bookstore is also provided, so you can read books while enjoying the scenery of Hanok in the outdoor space. Aside from the busy daily life, you can travel while looking at the flowers and grasses that have bloomed unprecedentedly, and tourists are constantly going on. - Jeonju Zoo - BTS summerpackage shooting location jeonju Zoo & dreamland, here this carousel also appears in ( FAKE LOVE ) music video. Located about 1 kilometer away from Deokjin Park in Deokjin-gu, Jeonju-si, the zoo is equipped with not only diverse animals and plants, but also a field for soccer, a volleyball court and many other sports facilities. In addition to their leisure grounds, the amusement park ‘DreamLand’ is found to the eastside of the zoo. Opened on June 10, 1978, the zoo houses visitors’ all time favorites like tigers, lions, giraffes, hippos, buffalo, rhinos, camels and more exotic animals, coming to a total of 670 animals made up of 106 different species. Jeonju DreamLand (roller coaster, ghost house, floating bicycle, bumper cars, chair-o-plane, etc.), Aquarium, Magic House, Zoo, rest area, Museum of Insects and reptiles, food court, convenience store, lost children meeting place, etc. - Jeonju Hanok Village - Jeonju Hanok Village is especially beautiful for its unique roof edges, which are slightly raised to the sky. Another trait of Hanok is that all the houses are heated with ondol, a unique sub-floor heating system. Since Koreans enjoy sitting, eating, and sleeping on the floor, it needs to remain heated. - Omokdae and Imokdae - As the saying goes, it can be hard to “see the forest for the trees” when you’re in the middle of the village. To get a bird’s-eye view, head toward Omokdae Pavilion, located on a hill at the opposite end of the village from Gyeonggijeon Shrine. You won’t be able to see much from the top of the hill, but the wooden boardwalk provides some stunning views of the hanok rooftops on the way. You’ll feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of the typical tourists snapping photos and buying snacks on the streets below. If you’re looking for a bit of exercise, head all the way up to Omokdae Pavilion and take a break in the shade or snap your own photo before heading to the next destination. Omokdae Pavilion is located on top of a steep hill and is one of the places where Yi Seong-gye (who later became King Taejo, the first king of the Joseon dynasty) stopped to celebrate his victory on his way home from a war with Japanese invaders at Unbong Peak of Hwangsan Mountain, near the end of the Goryeo Era. It is also a place where Mokjo, one of Yi’s forefathers, had once lived. Imokdae Pavilion is located near the foot of Seungamsan Mountain where Chimyeongjasan, the site of a holy Catholic monument. 80 meters down from Imokdae Pavilion are memorial stones and a memorial house. Imokdae Pavilion is the place where Mokjo (forefather of King Taejo) played war games as a child with his friends - Nambu Market - you have to visit Nambu traditional market. In Jeonju, there is a saying “no marriage unless visiting Nambu Market.” The market sells almost everything used in our everyday life, including food, furniture, clothing, and the like. Nambu Market offers abundant local delicacies, such as blood sausage hot-pot, bean sprouts hot-pot, moju (sweet rice wine). Here you can try some street food like pan fried mung-bean cake(Nokdu Jeon), grilled pig intestine and skin, torched beef sushi and Pan-fried bacon-vegetable roll.
