Relaxing and invigorating Hot Springs - It is a lovely experience of various hot springs which was relaxing. The plunge pool was great to use between going into the hot springs. The Tides Cafe put on a lovely buffet breakfast.

Absolute Bliss - Such a blissful experience! We both absolutely loved it. Facilities were clean, staff friendly and pools were incredibly soothing. Loved doing the cold plunge and the extra hot pool!! (the only downside was a few rude noisy guests who didn't keep it down in the sensory cave)

Relaxing Natural Hot Springs Worth a Visit! - Really nice place and it is a bargain for the price. There are lots of hot rock pool options to enjoy the natural hot water. They also have a cool down pool. This place is definitely on my list to come back to the next time I’m in Warrnambool! My knee has felt much better since visiting.

Loved it!!! - I absolutely loved the hot springs. We purchased the winter wellness package and it included robe, towel and locker hire. The springs were busy for the 3:30-5:30 time slot but my friend and I easily relaxed in the space. A favourite of ours was the magnesium spring, a happy medium for both of us. We also really “enjoyed” the cold plunge pool, at first very confronting but became easier and felt invigorated after a number of plunges. We left the springs feeling very relaxed, happy and slept SO well. Please note it’s recommended not to shower after your experience.

A perfect winter experience - My hoomans had a wonderful evening soak in the hot spring pools. For a small extra cost they hired robes and a locker to store their valuables in, but took their own towels. (Towels can also be hired) The evening session is adults only which was perfect for them….. I didn’t go because I’m not waterproof 😉 There are several pools of varying depths and temperatures with a sign on each so you can decide before entering. They have built a nice natural rock look setting with little secluded caves including romantic lighting and waterfalls for people who want to hide away to soak. There is also a 10° plunge pool for the brave! My hoomans enjoyed meeting fellow guests and brief chats when sharing a pool. Afterwards, there are huge clean showers and change room cubicles to prepare again for the outside world. This was a great experience and we would do it again!…. (well they would)😉 Eager B and the Ohlssons

MY BEST EXPEREINCE WITH DEEP BLUE - I took the Hot Springs Sanctuary 2hr pass and visited the facility with my partner on July 11 (10am - 12pm). i paid $46 per person and paid $5 for one locker to store our towels and phones. i would recommend take your own towels or robes if you like or else you can hire paying extra $10 per person. Can also take your own body wash and shampoo's. The entire pool place is clean, safe and can walk around changing pools even without having your slippers on (it's all safe). i would also recommend wearing sunscreen as water temp is 41 degrees which is quite hot for me and can tan your face and body. best time to visit these pools are during winter as you enjoy both Cold and Hot temp at the same time. Carry water bottle as this 2-hour journey can dehydrate your body. i did not spend the whole 2hrs, got tired after 1.5hrs but the overall experience was amazing and i enjoyed every bit of it...i would highly recommend this to everyone and it's worth the price. I will be visiting the pool again. I'm a happy customer.

Great experience without over crowding - Fun experience with the kids (11 and 15). The water was therapeutic and the waterfalls and lighting added a fun outdoor spring experience. We were able to find hot springs that had little or no other people and moved to another quieter springs when people joined. I was concerned that it would be crowded which didn’t appeal to us. However there are so many springs that it was easy to find space. Loved the cold plunge. Took some courage but we all are glad we tried it. We felt better for it. Tip - take a bottle of water and your own towel so it doesn’t get mixed up with other peoples white towels

Hidden extras - The booking should be more informative, the price for the experience should include towel and locker. It's fine to add robe as an extra, we weren't told until we turned up for the hot springs session. They also had not properly completed the booking when booked face to face the day before. Being hit for extra towel and locker was a shock and took the experience down bit from disappointment of added extra without our knowledge as we could have supplied towels and left phone and watches in our car.
