Would recommend for sure - Great experience and just what was needed after 18 days travelling. We actually used the 3 hour twilight session which was great value for money overall

Relaxing experience - This was a lovely surprise for our first day exploring the Great Ocean Rd from Adelaide. The pools are well maintained and the complex is very upmarket. The pools are varied in Temperature some are really hot and others just warm. There are nice waterfalls and caves to explore and although there were quite a lot of people there were spots to find that were private and relaxing.

Amazing experience - Absolutely fantastic, relaxing and interesting. So many different little places to sit and relax. As a couple, we would have preferred to have a session without small children running, splashing and being loud. Children aside, I would definitely recommend and definitely go back.

Refreshing experience for the whole family - My family of 5, 3 kids aged between 7-12 years old went to the 7:30am session. I have never been to an activity where every child enjoyed it as well as us parents! It was calming, relaxing and enjoyable. There were so many springs to explore which kept the kids keen to stay the whole 2 hours. Will definitely come again next time we are in VIC.

One of my favorite places to wind down - The hot springs and Day Spa are an amazing way to 100% relax for the day. This was my 4th visit and the day spa staff have always been exceptional. Highly recommend

Springs should be visited but miss the hotel - Springs excellent, did the three hour evening experience and loved the range of pools - will definately come again - but hotel and cafe facilities limited - very underwhelming - the cafe finishes at 6.30 and bar at 9pm and is very uninspiring in decor and a bit like a college canteen.

Deep blue hot springs relaxation. - Deep blue hot springs was a peaceful and relaxing experience. For around $50 per person it is quite pricey, but it was worth it. 2 hours in the deep blue hot springs was relaxing and the minerals were very nice. But, the reality is that there were too many people in at once. For example in the cold pool for 4 people, there were over 8 people in it. This seemed a bit like profit maximisation, but the relaxing experience made up for it.

Body healing and relaxation - This was our 2nd visit to the spa. A relatively small area but packed with a lot of spas of varying temperatures and ambience etc. The spas are set in a beautifully landscaped rocky location with plenty of greenery. There is also a very cold plunge pool. There are lounge chairs and bean bags to relax on in between your recommended 20 minute sessions. Water fountains are scattered throughout the area. While towels, robes and lockers are available, you do have to pay for the privilege. So perhaps BYO. Your body will love the experience.

Disappointed - Spoke to someone via their phone line about 2 months ago regarding a booking. Was told to wait to book until prior due to unsure times. Booked on the day like advised by their staff on trip advisor and called 5 mins after to say they were full and cancelling my visit. Due to it being less than 24 hours no immediate refund and have to go through the trip advisor to gain it back. Really disappointed and the staff were quick to hang up the phone without any help. Couldn’t give 0 as never got to go
