Food and History! What more can one ask for? - Marysia was the most accommodating host. She assisted in the mix-up with the tour group (Get Your Guide) when I originally booked the Pierogi making class and had to change it due to an issue with our flight. Get Your Guide would not cancel but Marysia (Pierogi and More) offered the Old Town Food tour as an alternative. It was more expensive but so worth it! We tried 10 different types of food while taking a tour of the Old Town area of Warsaw. Every spot was delicious and additionally we were provided a wonderful history lesson of the city itself. A bonus for a food tour. If we ever come back to Warsaw, we would take the pierogi making class next time. But we didn’t feel like we missed anything because our tour was excellent! Don’t wait to book her tour, because they all sell out quickly and you will miss out! Thanks for everything Marysia! Cheers!🇺🇸

Socially Uplifted, Gastronomically Fulfilled & Intellectually Stimulated - Although I had been to Poland before, I had never taken the time to fully visit Warsaw. This July, my friends and I decided to explore the Polish capital city, with our very first stop being the Old Town. There, we met with our lovely tour guide, who was unbelievably friendly and kind. Before we even got started, she offered us traditional Polish snacks, asked about our flight, and seemed genuinely interested in how we were feeling. Following the delicious sausages, cheese, bread and pasztet, she told us the fascinating history of the place we were in. From general information about the rebuilding of the Old Town to heartwarming stories about her family's experience as Warsaw residents during and following the Second World War, everything was followed by pictures. Moreover, she made sure that we were comfortable enough to ask questions and seek clarification if we needed it. Furthermore, the tour was not only about the historical aspect of Warsaw. What sets the Pierogi & More tour apart was the opportunity to try out a wide variety of Polish meals, ranging from pierogi to bigos - which I have to admit was my personal favorite - and schabowy. What I especially liked was that our guide took the time to explain what each recipe consists of, and she even told us a few cooking secrets (which I have promised not to share). While the food was genuinely delicious, I believe it is important to note that it was not vegetarian. Regardless, I do believe that if you let the tour guide know that you do not eat meat in advance, she can find a suitable arrangement for you. All in all, I loved the tour, the food was very tasty, and I left with a great feeling of being socially uplifted, gastronomically fulfilled, and intellectually stimulated. 10/10!

Amazing food and even more amazing guide - We took the tour with Marie (?) I’m so bad remembering names. I’ve been on many food tours across 3 continents. This was by far my favorite. Yes, old town Warsaw is gorgeous, and Polish cuisine is fantastic. The true beauty of this tour was the guide. She brought food with her to the meeting point, and gave us extra goodies along the way. But she gave us a breathtaking account of the history of Warsaw, including her own and her amazing families’ history there. And she was a delight to be with as well. Thank you so much Marie if this review finds its way to you.

Don't do it. - Don't waste your money. Guide is boring and the restaurants you go to are so slow. You can go to old town and try so many things and you'd still save half the cost. Not worth it.
