A must do while in Poland. - Overall the experience was as wonderful as it is possible for this type of tour. Very heavy emotionally. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour guide was amazing. She was extremely knowledgable and presented the material in a very organized and personal manner. This should be a stop on everyone's stay in Poland. There is a lot of walking and a number of stair, and the walking is fairly quick, its not a slow stroll through the camp. Due to the schedule, getting food during the tour is difficult. It is a very long day, what with a train at 5 or 6am, and not getting back to the hotel until 10pm.

Visit to Krakow and concentration camp from Warsaw - The service was very good, Chris guide me how to take the train and gave detailed maps to the Krakow old town. And the driver pick us up from Krakow was very kind and experience female driver too. When we got back to Warsaw by train , Agnieszka was at the platform to pick us up and send us one by one to the hotel. Quick response and very good service. Definitely recommending to anyone coming to Poland for the first time .

Excellent tour, Friendly staff, but... - Great tour and friendly staff - once in a lifetime experience that I was really glad I was able to squeeze in while here. The day was entirely too long though. I would have loved to be able to catch the train back to Warsaw after the tour 2 hours sooner when dropped off at the station instead of waiting for the train that was booked for me (maybe offer that as an option next time). Made for a 19+ hour day and walking 8 miles I couldn't get back to my hotel bed fast enough.

A moving experience to be there. - Well coordinated and enthusiastic team that ensured I was all set for the tour . The tour guide at Auschwitz though could have been a bit more involved as half the experience is through their perspective and it felt like he was just ticking the boxes. The train connectivity is a great idea as it was relaxing and there was ample time to get a glimpse of Krakow too.

Auschwitz’s tour - The tour was great! People were always there to help and inform you of where to go! It’s a long day but worth it to see the WWII site

A long day but worth it ! - This was an incredible experience. I would recommend everyone to go . The tour is an extremely long day . Pay the extra and take the express trains . So much more comfortable, quiet and quicker . Also there is no break for dinner . Bring snacks and water . Very comfortable and sturdy shoes are needed . The roads are rough at the camp . Out Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. The Van from Krakow to the Camp was so hot it was uncomfortable. The good news was on the return, the van left earlier so we had time to grab food to eat on the train . There is room for improvement on this tour but I would still recommend. The pick up people for the hotel were wonderful!

Ruined a trip of a lifetime - No happy with TripAdvisor advisor experience. I booked this tour as it included all travel and being alone in a different country. i didn't want to worry about it. They tried twice to get extra money for this trip. Once for upgrading seats on the train and the second time I was already in Poland (11hpurs before tour qas due to start) saying our hotel for pick up service was out of radius (i checked the terms and conditions) After them trying twice to get extra money for a tour that included all transportation ( again i checked the terms and conditions) they lied saying no payment was made for the tour, which was paid and on my bank statement, I rebooked another tour, self guided for them to cancle that because it was in my name! The manager was very rude and unhelpful. She honestly ruined mine and my friends once in a life time TripAdvisor! I've had the refund for the tickets, but as this is the only reason I went to Poland, I will be taking this further and asking for flights to be reimbursed, absolutely shocking customer services and rude staff. As I said I tried to rebook the tour but they cancelled as it was in my name. So I did not do the tour and that's the only reason I went to Poland. I'd use get your guide in future. I still haven't received the second refund!! I stated i would be doing the tour but complaint afterwards which is why my first tour for £260 was cancelled.
