You will be collected from your lodging and transported to the railway station. Your English-speaking chauffeur will guide you through the check-in process and ensure you are comfortably aboard the train heading to Krakow. Upon arrival, a local English-speaking driver will greet you and begin the shared travel to Auschwitz. A guided group tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau, spanning approximately 3.5 hours, will enlighten you about the heartbreaking stories of the Holocaust. You will then leave Auschwitz-Birkenau for a 1.5-hour trip to Krakow. Here, you will be given a leisure time of three hours to explore the Main Market Square in Krakow, the largest Medieval town square in Europe. In the Old Town, you can visit historic spots such as Wawel Hill, home to the Cathedral and the Royal Castle, the Town Hall Tower, St. Mary’s Basilica, Krakow Barbican, and the Sukiennice - the Cloth Hall. Your journey ends with a train ride back at approximately 7.30 PM, after which you will be picked up at the platform and taken back to your accommodation in Warsaw.
