Fantastic tour led by Karol - Outstanding tour hosted by Karol. We did a private tour which was a bit more expensive but well worth it as we were able to customize our visit to our interests and ask questions along the way. Karol was extremely knowledgeable about not only the historical facts but also the broader complex political dynamics across this period. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to really understand and experience Warsaw’s history

Incredibly Interesting and Personable Guide - Marcin took us to many spots not easily found for up close views and detailed explanations of WW2 in Warsaw. He also brought along many photos of spots from that time so we could compare them to the current day. His interest in the history is infectious - I learned so much more than I expected.

Excellent tour, friendly and knowledgeable guide, fun ride! - I went on this tour with my dad and brother. We really enjoyed that the tour sequentially went through the history in the area. Our guide, Marcin, provided a lot of context beyond just World War II itself (including background on the strategies of the various countries involved), was able to answer all our side questions, and had some great printed visuals to share. The tour definitely felt customized to our interests in terms of content - which was a major bonus. Highly recommend for those interested in World War II history, Polish history, or even just a first day visitor looking to get more background on the country and a bit of the lay of the land before continuing their visit.
