Day trip - Wow what a place to visit. Views are amazing and lots to see and do.
Missed out on the birds of prey and was dissapointed the jousting wasn't on.
The dungeon was amazing and well worth the extra payment.
Would definitely visit again but would take a picnic with me as food and drink is expensive and very limited gluten free choices.

Excellent response by First Aid - First Aid staff- A HUGE thank you
We visited as a family of 9 today. Within 15 minutes of entering the park my daughter had a fall on the stairs in the dungeon. A wonderful member of staff, Holly, was with her and was instantly helpful in calling a first aider and helping my daughter and my Dad. The first aider, George, arrived quickly and was a world of calm admist my daughters panic. He took her to the first aid point (I met her on the way) and was fantastic in looking after her. He wanted us to take her to A&E for an Xray (which thankfully confirmed her arm not to be broken) and arranged transportation for us.
On our return we only had a few hours left in the park but George made sure to check on her and let us know to attend guest relations to see the lovely Emily who helped us immensely.
They were all so professional and helpful. I honestly can't thank them enough. Having a member of staff like George there is such a great idea considering the size of the place and number of guests. I feel very reassured.
This aside...there are lots of great activities (we managed the Princess Tower and the Jousting) We hope to come back soon and do some more! (Time ran out today).

Very disappointing and poor value for money. - This was a return visit after a good experience last year. Whilst we should have been aware that the War of the Roses show had finished it was not clear on the website. The trebuchet was broken. Most of the children’s activities were closed. Nearly all the food outlets were closed. Those that were open didn’t provide hot food suitable for children. This was a problem as we had travelled some way and were relying on getting our grandchildren a hot meal. The food was also expensive - £37 for 4 sandwiches, 3 drinks and 3 packets of crisps. The £100 we paid was poor value for basically a falconry display as the children had limited interest in the rest of the castle having been before

Very expensive!!!!!!! - So... mixed emotions with Warwick Castle... the castle and shows are really good and as a fanily we enjoyed it!!
However, the admission prices are high... a 2 year old full price????? £7 to park your car when youve already paid for admission and you have to walk 20 mins to get to the castle... Ok... we paid because we always wanted to visit and were in the area. My main concern is the prices of things whilst your inside. £16 for a thin wooden sword with some tatty string around the bottom for example would have cost no more than £2 to make... bottle of pop £3... small basic pie £6... £5.50 for a small magnet... i could go on all night... whats even worse and a pet hate of mine they only take card, this alone will make you loose 1 star instantly. Cash is king... excuse the pun... If your on a tight budget or tight with your money give this place a miss as they absoulutly try and take every penny you have... Disgrace !!
If your on a budget give this place a miss...

Ridiculous policy where they don’t accept cash payment - Went for a family day out to Warwick Castle and was turned away as we only had cash.
Couldn’t buy a ticket and apparently all the food and toy shops don’t accept cash!
Absolutely ridiculous and 3 hour round trip wasted!

Expensive and geared toward children. Don’t waste your time - Very much geared towards children rather than adults wanting to enjoy a english castle. Would not recommend wasting your money if your over the age of 10. Very expensive- 39 pounds per adult.
The only good part was the archer who discussed history regarding bowmen and catapults! The falconry was also neat - but unfortunately those cannot save this.
The history of the castle was overshadowed with all the wax figures and cringy videos. Definitely not for adults.

Not worth the money - Not worth the money! Expensive entry, then £7 to park on top, jousting extra £6, archery extra £6, extra to go in to the dungeon. Money making scheme. Wax models in the castle/house itself were a little strange. Signage not very clear. Battle of the roses show was good. Falconry, birds were amazing but would have liked to have heard a bit more about the birds rather than the weird mimed show. Overall I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money on a visit.

Lovely venue, but don’t accept cash - I Love Warwick castle. Have visited before. Lovely venue, lots of history, friendly staff, etc. interesting activities (archery etc). However they now refuse to accept cash so we are not going in. Unable to attend without using cash I can only leave a one star review. Very disappointing in the direction they have chosen as a business.
