Wow! We saw everything! - Even though we only had chance to do one round of the trip (due to road closures etc), it was a great way to see the Shakespeare houses and the church where he is entombed. The journey into the countryside was magical!! Well worth the small cost for this.

Bus tour a definite - This is definitely worth doing. It takes you around the sights in Stratford with commentary but takes you out of town to other sights too far to walk for many people. Reasonably priced too.

Dissapointment - The outlet didn't work for the earbuds and the courier wasn't that bothered when I complained, at the half way point she asked if I could here her alright without the earbuds I said no, but she just walked away. It did spoil it as I missed the majority of what she said.

Not worth the money and filthy bus - Very disappointed. Bus was absolutely filthy inside. We were told to collect headphones for the guided tour but most of the headphone connections weren't working

Overall very memorable - On the day of our booking there were a few problems with drivers, resulting in delays and a tour cancellation, but when we eventually borded we enjoyed the experience and would recommend the excursion.

Probably give it a miss - Seemed like a great idea ~ see all the places of interest, then do the loop again and get off where you want, but it didn't turn out that way. It took a while to figure out the earphone system. The streets are so narrow that you can't really get a good view of any place the tour mentions. Then the coach goes way out to Mary Ardens House and Farm and makes the loop back into town. We did this. The coach starts and ends at the information centre. On our arrival back we were told there wouldn't be another trip for a half-hour. Ok, we'll look around the information centre/gift shop. Nope, it closes for a hour at lunchtime. We were standing in the rain so decided to go find someplace for lunch and didn't make use of the bus tour again. We had been in the information centre before our trip and only when we were on the coach did I see the pamphlet said you can get discounted attraction tickets. Never was this offered to us. Stratford is compact enough that you can visit places (except for Mary Arden's Farm) by walking around the town. If you just want to sit on a coach and think "there, I've been to Stratford", you're ok. Otherwise, don't bother.

Terrible service with Viator - I bought tickets in advance through Viator. We booked for Sat 2nd Nov. When we turned up there was a sign to say the buses weren't running that day. We went back the next day to find the same sign. We came home that day. I emailed Viatar to get a refund but was told they couldn't offer a refund. I will not be booking any further trips through Viator.

Not running - Waited 40 minutes at stop 5 for a bus. Never turned up! Nothing to say why. They were obviously running though as later saw one coming back into Stratford.
