Tours starting at 8 a.m. focus solely on the U.S. Capitol, followed by a bus tour for the morning or full day. All U.S. Capitol tours meet at First Street and Maryland Ave NE, across from the Supreme Court. Enjoy your tour with Signature Tours and DC Guided Tours. Additionally, the 8:00 a.m. U.S. Capitol tour does NOT include the Library of Congress. All other daily tours do, except on Mondays as mentioned above.
