Fantastic Experience in DC - I was a bit apprehensive at 1st, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. Driver was very patient with my many calls. He was late, but there was extra traffic delays due to the NATO meeting dignitaries traveling through the city. The black Mercedes Van is not marked other than a trip advisor sticker. A/C was great. Seats comfortable. Only draw back was the steps onto and out of the Van. Driver kindly offered water. Tour route was great. Driver VERY knowledgeable and fun! He pointed out many landmarks/points of interest. Enough time was allowed by the drive to view the different monuments. I was so pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately because of the NATO commotion we were unable to view the white house, but the driver tried to take us to the closest point. Exceptional job. Thank you so much for the great experience at a great price.

Educational fun - The tour guide provided an educational and fun experience. We learned so much about the buildings and monuments around DC.

Highly recommend - The nighttime tour was great! It was our first time in DC and so glad we did the bus hop on/off and at night. Our guide was knowledgeable and always giving us great info, we saw all the monuments and some for a great price! The group was small and intimate, the can super comfy and cool. Would highly recommend (especially in the summer when it's blazing hot)!

Best tour - Great sightseeing tour with good explanation and stops to take pictures at the national monuments. Nice van and confotable

Our driver Bob was... - Our driver Bob was awesone. Our pickup spot was missed somehow, but we were met by another vehicle that took us to the tour bus. Viewing the monuments at night was amazing and Bob very insightful.

Nice quick look around. - Great host, very informative and funny. We had issues with the van they where using, the back A/C was not working and we had to change vehicles. We were seated in the front and heared the conversation and our host had to be strong and told their bus they would not go forward with the bus due to the heat in the back. We got relocated to a bus but lost time in our tour and couldnt get out in some of the stops. Kuddos to our jost for putting their foot down and making the best of it for us.

Like refund - The pick up location on my itinerary was different the location the tour actually picked up. Never went on the tour. I’d like a refund.

Unhappy - We didn't enjoy the driver, Bobby pushing his political views down our throats. We were there to have fun and enjoy ourselves.... not to hear his views. He was super loud and cussed ....we had kids with us! Extremely unhappy. Would not do this again!

Not as advertised - We only stopped at 4 places. We did not stop at 4 of the advertised spots. The driver stated there was nothing to see and just drove by. The bus was extremely hot and the driver made inappropriate political comments as well as culturally insensitive comments.

Bus never picked us up! - The tour bus never picked us up at out pick up location. I contacted the operator, they never responded. I contacted Viator and the representative tried to contact the operator and didn't get a response. We took a $35 Uber down to the meeting location, so we were just stuck there. The representative said I would receive a full refund and an email confirmation of the refund, but I have not received that yet. Once we are done with our traveling today I will be contacting Viator once again about my refund.
