• White House - Your experience starts at Lafayette Square, opposite the White House. Your personal tour guide will share statistics and historical facts about the neighborhood, highlighting Saint John’s Episcopal, “Presidents Church”, West Jackson Place Street, and the recently established Black Lives Matter Plaza (2020). You will have time to stroll along 1,600 Pennsylvania Avenue, absorbing the daily atmosphere around the Executive Mansion, and appreciating the significance of the West Wing command center, international press cubicles, and the Old Executive Building (Vice-Presidency headquarters). • Federal Triangle - From the White House to the U.S. Capitol, enjoy a narrated drive along Pennsylvania Avenue. Pass by City Hall, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, “Old Post Office Building”, J. Edgar Hoover FBI Building, Department of Justice, The Archives, Navy Memorial Plaza, National Gallery of Art, and the Embassy of Canada.

• U.S. Capitol - At the intersection of First St. and Maryland Ave. NW (James Garfield Circle), you will disembark and walk up the west side of the Capitol façade. This is where elected presidents pledge constitutional allegiance every four years. The grandeur of standing on this terrace is captivating; equally impressive is the scenic view of the Washington Monument in the distance, and the National Mall with the Smithsonian Museums surrounding it. (15 min.)

• Smithsonian Institution Building - Enjoy a narrated drive through the Smithsonian Museums Institution, heading towards the WWII Memorial.

• Washington Monument - NOTE: Although the Washington Monument is a (Drive Through) as it is visible from all around the mall, you can always take a close-up picture during your WWII Memorial stopover.

• National World War II Memorial - Dedicated in 2004, this large stone plaza designed by architect Friedrich St. Florian forms a ring of columns representing the U.S. states and territories, joined by a bronze cord symbolizing their united effort, while honoring those who fell. It recognizes their strength in victory to restore freedom and end tyranny worldwide. (15 min.)

• Lincoln Memorial - Dedicated on May 30th, 1922, this neoclassical temple designed by American Beaux-Arts architect Henry Bacon and interior statue designer Daniel Chester French (Piccirilli Brothers carvers) pays tribute to the 16th president of the United States, Abraham Lincoln.

• Vietnam Veterans Memorial - Honors all service members of the U.S. armed forces who served from 1955 through 1975 in Laos, Cambodia, and Saigon.

• Korean War Veterans Memorial - Located just south of the Reflecting Pool on the National Mall, it depicts a 1955 war scene with 19 stainless steel soldiers walking down the 38th parallel north, the border between North and South Korea.

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial - Conveniently located at 1964 Independence Ave SW, this stop offers a perfect view of the Jefferson Monument across the Tidal Basin, and a walk to the sprawling FDR Memorial nearby.

Completed on August 22, 2011, the memorial honors Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy: a non-violent philosophy striving for freedom, justice, and equality.

This prominent leader in the modern civil rights movement has become the first African American individual on the National Mall. His space is a place to reflect on his legacy and enjoy the Cherry Blossom trees blooming in spring. (15 min)

• Arlington National Cemetery - Crossing the Potomac River via Memorial Bridge, you will enter the nation’s most important military burial ground. After a 25-minute walk through the grounds, you will witness the solemn Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

• U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial - Those who prefer not to walk up to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier can choose to visit the United States Marine Corps War Memorial. You will still see the shrines in Arlington while driving through, and will stop at the famous bronze sculpture depicting six marines raising the flagpole on Mount Suribachi during the Battle of Iwo Jima on 2/19/1945. While the scene depicts one of the most famous clashes of World War II, the memorial is dedicated to all Marines who have given their lives in defense of the United States since 1775. (15 min.)
• Air Force Memorial - Air Force Memorial & Pentagon.
  Situated between the Navy Annex and the U.S. Department of Defense headquarters, three striking polished stainless-steel spires reach towards the sky, paying homage to all Air Force service members. The memorial overlooks the Pentagon’s western façade, struck during the 9/11/2001 attacks. (15 min.)
