Best tour probably ever taken - Best tour I’ve probably done! 3 hours covering major points of interests; Capitol building, White House, Jefferson Memorial, MLK memorial, Iwo Jima monument, WW2 monument, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam and Korean War memorials. Air con coach with complimentary iced water - really needed in 100 degree heat! - stopped at each point for walking tour and time for photos and a toilet break half way! Great tour guide pointing out points of interest whilst on coach. Absolutely recommend

Great tour for all ages. - We can’t say enough good things about our DC at Dusk tour, especially our guide Rochelle and our driver Trina. My 7 year old is still talking about all she got to see and all she was able to learn. Rochelle was never bothered by my daughters questions or stories she wanted to share. The knowledge shared was more than even frequent DC visitors might know. Thank you Rochelle and Trina!

Great way to see the top spots in the city! - Our guide was Dre’ and he was so knowledgeable and entertaining!! I really enjoyed listing to his history lessons on the bus and at the stops. This is a great option if you are short on time, but want to see and understand the main monuments. Or if you are wanting to familiarize yourself with the city before you dive in deeper. The tour at night is definitely a better way to beat to heat! I severely sprained my ankle the day of our tour. Before you stop they let you know how long the walk will be and what you will be seeing. I was able to keep pace with the group and get off at every stop. I was slower than the rest, but I made sure I didn’t do too much to cause the tour to wait on me. At each stop the guide will tell you the insights and allow you a few minutes to capture a few photographs. You won’t have time to read all the signs, but you will have a few moments to take it all in and take a few pictures too. The bus was, clean, roomy, air conditioned… very well maintained! They provided as much water as you needed too. Lastly, I want to add that I accidentally booked the wrong month for our tour! Luckily I noticed the mistake, there was availability the night I meant to book, and the change was made easily. Tipping your guide and driver is optional, but not required. You will want to though, they really take care of you!

Open Top Bus Worth the $ - We really enjoyed our tour guide and driver Chris. He was so knowledgeable as well as very kind. At each stop he gave us information followed by time to walk around and take pictures . We never felt rushed and the open top was really a unique experience. I am not usually one to spend this much but this tour is worth the extra money.

Knowledgeable guide. ... - Knowledgeable guide. Only saw one side of the capitol because the bus was late getting back to us after visiting a monument

I truly cannot recommend this tour. - I have travelled extensively and love taking guided coach tours as a way to learn interesting and/or lesser known facts about an area and its history. When en route from one stop to the next on this particular tour, the guide was silent 80% or 90% of the time. What spiel he had to give, he gave at each site, making passengers decide between exploring the monument/memorial or standing in a cluster to listen to what he had to say. The stops never allotted more than 20 minutes, but often less time, from disembarking to re-boarding the bus. The guide and driver were obviously not used to working together, as I gathered by overhearing a few their conversations, during one of which the guide asked the driver repeatedly for her phone number, which she was compelled to repeat three times, each time more loudly than the last, until I'm fairly certain every passenger heard it. I must say that the bus driver did an excellent job maneuvering such a large vehicle smoothly and safely through such busy streets. As a person already fairly familiar with Washington, D.C., the bare bones information provided by the tour guide did less disservice to me than to anyone who may have been visiting this gorgeous city for the first time. I also found it unseemly for the guide to have emphatically solicited for tips as we returned to the Navy Memorial. The sign on the wall of the bus that informed guests that tips were accepted and split evenly should have been left to stand on its own. I truly cannot recommend this tour.

Poor customer service - We had a medical emergency and I had to take a family member to the ER in an ambulance. I reached out to support and they would not refund the tickets.

Terrible. Worst experience ever. - We were left behind at our first stop out in the cold right after speaking with our tour guide. Had to track down an Uber in the dark and without an address and when I contacted Viator for a refund they refused saying I didn’t report incident soon enough. We missed seeing several monuments because we were saving these stops for this overpriced tour. It ruined our trip. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.
