The journey will require you to cover approximately one mile (1.6km). While resting spots are present, they aren’t available at every juncture. It is advisable to carry a water bottle. But, what’s absolutely crucial is your sense of exploration (and don’t forget your camera!).
Just to introduce myself…
Pleased to make your acquaintance! I’m Shelley and I am passionate about conversing on personalities, particularly those from history. I initiated my professional journey as a ranger in the National Park Service – you’d recognize us from the peculiar hats we wear. You might have encountered me at The Frederick Douglass House, Cape Cod National Seashore, or The Chesapeake and Ohio Canal over my seven-year tenure. I hold a Master’s degree in museum studies and a Bachelor’s in anthropology and linguistics. Can’t wait to meet you!
