A great experience - A great foodie tour with local history thrown. Jacob our guide had a good knowledge of Georgetown and was passionate about the area and the individual eateries. Don’t eat before the walk, the helpings at the 4 stops were substantial and there was also the opportunity to try a local beer. There were only 4 of us so it was a very interactive tour with all participants being involved.

Super fun & informative experience for visitors and locals!!! - What a fantastic experience! I booked this to show my visitors from Canada a view of Georgetown that I couldn't provide myself and I was NOT disappointed. Our tour guide, Elizabeth, was a few minutes late due to a medical emergency; both she and the company's owner kept us aware and informed to alleviate any concern. Elizabeth was friendly, energetic, and very knowledgeable; she knew all the elements of the guided tour very well and was skilled at fielding questions beyond that. The food stops were all consistently excellent! I've lived in the DC area for 20 years and all four places were new to me and had delicious food and service. All the logistics were super well organized and we definitely left feeling full of both food and knowledge of the area. I'd highly recommend this tour to anyone, including locals! Just a really fun and informative afternoon. Big thanks to Mangia DC and Elizabeth!

Great tour - Elizabeth was a great tour guide. She was very enthusiastic! I’m a vegetarian and found out she had written a vegetarian cookbook but I forgot to get the name of it to order. She was great at calling ahead and getting me a vegetarian option at each stop. There are 4 stops including dessert. Portions are big and left full! Also lots of fun facts about the area.

Mangia serves up tasty treats & local history - Jacob and his side helper did a great job leading and pacing the group for 2 hours. Friendly and good conversationalists. Good logistics. Show up and enjoy the pre-set tables at each stop. Even as a long time DMV resident, I learned new things. Spicey vegetarian slider was yummy! Also, Chaia's potato tortilla with pickled onions --satisfying.
