It was so interesting to... - It was so interesting to see the many versions of the Bible in one room, how the Bible has evolved since the beginning and the interactive journey.

Ben is the Best Tour Guide - I toured the Museum of the Bible with tour guide Ben. He was very good at what he did. Kept me engaged by asking me Bible knowledge and had some really funny jokes that I’m still laughing about. He knows history, Bible, and the museum well. If you’re going and want a guided tour, ask for Ben. He’s the best tour guide at the museum. My group and I had a great time seeing artifacts, learning about the influence of the Bible on American history, and learning stories about Jefferson and cheese. Huge fan - would go again - and literally BEN IS THE BEST!

An Opportunity to See the Dead Sea Scrolls! - We spent all day at the Museum of the Bible and still didn’t have enough time. If you love biblical history then you should buy the annual membership so that you can return many more times, especially when the special exhibits change.

1st floor cafe rude workers. GREAT PLACE TO GRT ANGRY RIGHT AT THE END OF THE DAY. - We came as a family of 3, buying general admission tickets and Dead Sea Scrolls tickets. Fantastic exhibition, in fact the whole museum was well done and we’ll run. We had lunch at the restaurant…it was ok. Friendly people, high prices, marginal food. The museum was open until 5pm, but the 1st floor cafe closed early at 4pm, unannounced. Pretty rude about it too. It was the only rude and rushed treatment we got all day, I guess coffee shop workers are the same all over That left a sour flavor at the end of the day.

Need Refund - We booked our tickets at 308pm. Arrived at museum at 315 pm and were greeted by locked doors and being told museum closed at 3 due to possible storm. I’ve yet to get a response from Viator regarding a refund, despite multiple attempts

No advantage to purchasing tickets before you get there - The museum itself is amazing!!! However, there is no need to purchase tickets in advance through Viator. There was no benefit. We waited in both the security line and the ticket purchase line when we got there. We explained to a staff member that we already had tickets, and they told us we still had to wait in the same line as everyone else. Also, when we got up there, we noticed we could have paid student pricing for our kids. So, bottom line, definitely visit this awesome museum, but just wait until you get there to get your tickets.
