Going on a questo - Questo allowed me to site see on a mission. It was a great and safe way for me to tour the city. I saw places I would’ve never gone out of my way to see on my own. Best part? You don’t have to plan on by yourself!

Skip it. Pick your own... - Skip it. Pick your own locations and take your own walk. Don’t bother with this. Mandatory app download. Customer service is questionable. Even a low cost doesn’t make up for this experience. Trivia isn’t worthwhile. Don’t make my mistake.

Buggy app and misleading description - The description of the destinations listed on the Viator webpage were different than on the actual scavenger hunt (for example, the starting location on the Questo was the Ulysses S Grant memorial). Also, the Questo app was buggy and every time I had to switch the app, the game closed out and we had to go through multiple clicks to resume it again. After solving the first clue, we were directed to go to the second destination and walked there (about 10 minutes). The app closed out. When trying to resume it again, the game seemed to reset and it wouldn't provide us with the second clue because it said we had to be at the starting location to unlock the game - despite having already starting it. At that point, we could not continue (we weren't going to walk all the way back) and were very disappointed. Would not recommend.
