Additional Information
Join us for a 6-hour exploration of Washington DC’s major landmarks on an upscale touring bus led by a knowledgeable guide who will provide comprehensive comments. You’ll visit key sites like the White House, the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, US Capitol Building, and Lincoln Memorial. In total, over 100 sites will be observed, with opportunities to stroll around more than 10 of these locations with your guide, who will share intriguing history and little-known trivia about the country’s capital. Additionally, please be prepared for a special boat trip down the Potomac River that departs from the historic Georgetown. When the boat service isn’t running, we’ll substitute with visits to Jefferson and Eisenhower Memorials.

Fun way to see all the monuments with family in a short time. - Great tour guide Tyron. He was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving with jokes and facts. Fun experience for the whole family. Many stops and got to see all of DC in a day. If you only have a couple days in DC this is a great option.

Amazing Tour of DC! - The tour of DC was everything we hoped for and more! Our tour guide James was a history buff with a vast store of knowledge about Washington DC. He kept us moving and laughing the whole time. Kris was an amazing driver as well. We learned so much, and had a great time on the tour!

A wonderful way to bring life to the monuments of ou history. - I loved seeing the sights but most of all I loved Tyrone and Chris. They work together as a team. I felt safe, comfortable and had fun. Tyrone tells history with such excitement . He doesn’t talk at you, he involves you in the experience.

Great experience but…. - Tyrone was excellent. Very informative and good attitude. He made the trip great. The bus driver though I thought was a little pushy. Seemed anxious and felt like he was hurrying people like he wanted to go home.

Many highlights of DC - James (tour guide) and Chris (driver) were great. Saw lots of sights and learned some history. Only thing the family did not enjoy and wish hadn’t been included was the river cruise. The audio was cutting out and didn’t see anything different than we did on bus tour. The guide was a former history teacher. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned which was great in July. They also provided lots of water. Bathroom breaks were worked into tour as well. If steps and walking are hard for you, you might consider a different tour as this one was packed with sights. Highly recommend.
