An experience no one should miss. - Our guide- Freddie, was very polite and showed us everything. He has a good knowledge about the history of all the landmarks. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you. 👍

Fantastic Experience in DC - I was a bit apprehensive at 1st, but it ended up being a fantastic experience. Driver was very patient with my many calls. He was late, but there was extra traffic delays due to the NATO meeting dignitaries traveling through the city. The black Mercedes Van is not marked other than a trip advisor sticker. A/C was great. Seats comfortable. Only draw back was the steps onto and out of the Van. Driver kindly offered water. Tour route was great. Driver VERY knowledgeable and fun! He pointed out many landmarks/points of interest. Enough time was allowed by the drive to view the different monuments. I was so pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately because of the NATO commotion we were unable to view the white house, but the driver tried to take us to the closest point. Exceptional job. Thank you so much for the great experience at a great price.

Educational fun - The tour guide provided an educational and fun experience. We learned so much about the buildings and monuments around DC.

Great setup and trip. Fire the Driver. - The trip was great. The driver/host was from the pits of hell. He was political, inappropriate, and ill informed. His rhetoric is the kind of garbage that will plunge our country into civil unrest. If you get on the bus with the “goat” I would request a refund.

Awkward Start to the Tour - The start of the tour was awkward. The driver was a bit short with us and insistent we call Joe and text him our tuckers so he knew we paid. Seemed a bit weird and was definitely awkward to say the least. The tour itself was good and the driver was knowledgeable but just his it began and how weird we all felt at the start was not great. Obviously Viator subbed this out and the communication between them and the fellow who actually provided the tour wS lacking.

Pick up location = 1 - Viator connection yo website said they would pick us up at our hotel, They were unable to do this. Drive was opinionated.

Like refund - The pick up location on my itinerary was different the location the tour actually picked up. Never went on the tour. I’d like a refund.

Unhappy - We didn't enjoy the driver, Bobby pushing his political views down our throats. We were there to have fun and enjoy ourselves.... not to hear his views. He was super loud and cussed ....we had kids with us! Extremely unhappy. Would not do this again!

Not as advertised - We only stopped at 4 places. We did not stop at 4 of the advertised spots. The driver stated there was nothing to see and just drove by. The bus was extremely hot and the driver made inappropriate political comments as well as culturally insensitive comments.

Bus never picked us up! - The tour bus never picked us up at out pick up location. I contacted the operator, they never responded. I contacted Viator and the representative tried to contact the operator and didn't get a response. We took a $35 Uber down to the meeting location, so we were just stuck there. The representative said I would receive a full refund and an email confirmation of the refund, but I have not received that yet. Once we are done with our traveling today I will be contacting Viator once again about my refund.
