Great experience! - This was a great tour! We visited so many monuments and our guide was the best. He was really knowledgeable and very enthusiastic.

Great tour and tour guide! - Great guide and we got to see the layout of DC and all the key monuments. Awesome, highly recommend. Even the kids (17 and 12) enjoyed it and were engaged.

Night time tour of DC - We had a very nice e night time tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable on the city and monuments.

Great Tour - Happy to see monuments that I didn’t see the last three times I was in DC. Take your own refreshments…lukewarm water and a small bag of chips is what was provided.

Skip It, or be 100% sure you book small group - Be sure to book the small group tour. Large group takes way too long to load and unload. Water warm at best, there is one phone charger for the entire buss. Itinerary did not match what is listed. Pick up is not marked and very confusing, GPS to address puts you 1/2 block away from pickup point. Multiple busses arrive at the same time. A mess trying to figure out who is on what buss. Small buss might be OK. Big bus is NOT worth it at all. Do not recommend. (Tour ended close to midnight, good luck getting an Uber if that’s you way home)

Skip This Tour - Van A/C was not working very uncomfortable, we were promised a stop at the Vietnam Memorial, that was missed, narrative was not always factual, Nancy Pelosi is not longer the speaker, overall disappointing tour, don’t recommend

SMOKEY NO LONGER AVAILABLE, RUN 😱 - I'm never one to write these reviews but when my family and I booked this tour for a second time AFTER THE FIVE-STAR EXPERIENCE WE HAD DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON we highly expected to get the best tour guide we ever had again Smokey! Instead we felt we got a tour guide that fell asleep in Smokey's class. While at the Lincoln memorial my mom remembered she had took a screenshot of the reservation a few months ago and Smokey's number was listed in the reservation we gave him a call and teased him about why he was not our guide only to find out he parted ways with the company because in his words the lack of integrity to customer service grew with the vehicles. My husband then had the great idea to offer to pay him for a private tour which he graciously accepted and provided for us the following evening for FREE (we gave him a nice gratuity) and gave us that Smokey charm that made us a repeat customer for RSN. If you are booking for the hopes of riding with Smokey do not bother however he does provide private tours if you have your own vehicle you can inbox me for information how to contact him. We were very disappointed with the professionalism of our tour guide this go around and the company presented that with so much pride do yourselves a favor book elsewhere. Smokey was RSN. The good that kept it from being one star the new bus was nice was nice.
