Perfect value for money. - Perfect value for money. DC non-museums are covered very well. Hop-on & hop-off+ activities is perfect combination.

Terrific Washington DC 4 Day Trip - Had great 4 Day, 3 night trip to DC with family. During the trip we were able to see the monuments on the bus night tour and a water taxi tour. The tours were very informative, welcoming and enjoyable. The tour guides were helpful and very nice to all tourists. We spent a lot of time exploring the Newseum, air and space museum, National Geographic museum, American history museum, and my personal favorite, the natural history museum. The passes made our trip easier to navigate and able to see more during our stay. It was well worth the trip and I would certainly come back again another time.

Awesome Trip to DC! - The Sightseeing Pass for Washington DC was great! First we attended the Newseum which was a great deal! I highly recommend it. We also went to the Air & Space museum, American History Museum, Natural History Museum, and took a Big Bus Night Tour. The National Geographic Museum included in the Pass was a great way to spend the morning as well. The Water Taxi boat cruise was amazing, we were able to see all the sights and the skyline from our riverboat point of view. We also received a discount at Buca Di Peppo and the Italian food was an excellent way to end our trip! This pass really made our trip possible and it was so easy to use! To a local or a vacationer, this Pass is the best way to see the city!

Good way to figure out what you really want to see! - The Washington DC flex pass was fine but I was given bad info from Viator. The pick up location (the tour bus no longer stops at Union Station) plus I could've upgraded to the deluxe fare for $10 more. The staff for the tour was delightful. I just wish we could have seen the front of the MLK statue from the bus without getting off.

A few good attractions but awful customer service - We really liked Mt Vernon attraction and the Hop on Hop off bus. The bus didn’t run as smoothly and efficiently as the bus in NYC. I do have a major complaint about customer service. There was an IT problem when we went to use our last attraction and it said our pass had expired or we had used all our attractions. After calling and finally speaking to someone we were told they would issue another attraction and email it when it was available. By the time we could use it, the attraction was closed. My son was flying out the next morning and couldn’t use his last attraction. We had to rent scooters that evening instead of our unlimited biking attraction so that he could see the memorials and monuments before he left. It was $120 for 4 of us. The rest of us were able to do the Potomac River Water Taxi the next day. It wasn’t one of our top choices but Unlimited Biking didn’t have bikes available cause you can’t reserve with the pass and Madam Toussauds was closed. I asked for a partial refund for my son’s pass and even suggested $20 would be reasonable. They won’t issue any refunds because the pass had been used/initiated. However, the problems were out of our control and their fault but they were unwilling to make it right. I highly recommend the NYC Go City Pass but NOT the Washington DC Sightseeing pass.

Good value for money but...... - You have to validate your pass before you use it and there is no sightseeing pass centre. Instead you have to deal with the Big Bus company who, quite frankly, don't have a clue. We wasted literally hours being sent around DC on the bus because their machines weren't working or they needed a password etc. When we finally got the card we only managed to use 3 out of the 4 that I'd paid for as we ran out of time. The card is good value for money but you have to put up with a lot of rubbish to get what you paid for.

Spent More, Experienced Less - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY! If you're looking for a pass where you're actually able to choose each of the items that you want to do without issue in Washington DC, this isn't it. It looks great from the outset, until you realize that for the night monument tour, you have to arrive the morning of in person in order to be added to the tour and can only be added if there's room. However, anyone buying the bike monument tour online through the company can request it anytime in advance ONLINE. We were there for 7 days and EVERY DAY it was SOLD OUT. The Washington Monument, a classic visiting place, except that it also sells out, closes for potential storms, slight mist, possibility of wind, etc. Each time we tried to go, it also was not available. So all in all, we were able to use 3 of the items given, however, this did not in fact save us any money. We still spent over what those would have cost for our family of 5. Reviews have also listed numerous things that were included with their pass that are no longer included or were not included the summer of '24. Make sure you check their website BEFORE you buy to make sure it makes financial sense for you and anyone you're going with.

Do NOT buy it - Let me save you some money. We took the 4 sights explorer card. First, we left our baggage at the station for a fee to make the evening bike tour. BUT the address in the description was not updated and we were rushing through the whole city for nothing. The bike tour happens ONLY if other tourists booked it directly with the company. So, next day there was no evening tour, neither morning Capitol Hills. Thus, we could hardly use all the number of paid experiences. Then BigBus which is included in any pass: the equipment was defect, so the sound quality was awful. We took the water taxi till Georgetown, just to make a bit more of our pass. Inside the boat there is no fresh air, outside - it's impossible to hear any guide, and you don't get earphones for that. Then we finally got one bike tour. If you do it, call their office to find them, it was still challenging. BUT the stuff was unfriendly, they didn't check our bikes and helmets, coz were in hurry to start the tour with other tourists. Thus, I had the wrong helmet size, while my husband's bike breaks were broken. In the evening, we thought to go to the Artechouse exhibition that is included, again, just to use the pass. BUT it works only a few days a week. And it was closed. Next morning, we headed to Arlington for the tour. The location link was sent to the wrong meeting point. The company and the tour guide in particular were doing it for the first time. The description said it had to be a one hour tour, so everyone in the group planned accordingly. We had train tickets booked. However, the tour was supposed to be 2,5 h instead, and we had to live early and saw very little. Here we are, still didn't use our passes and extremely disappointed with the experience. Total waste of money.

Avoid. Disappointing. - I purchased the city pass for the day and attended Arlington well in time to attend the cemetery walking tour as advertised. Nobody turned up. I asked many members of the cemetery staff if they knew where the guide was, they knew nothing about the CutySightseeing tour guide and d suggested the tour wasn’t on. Basically a whole morning of a days pass wasted doing something that wasn’t on the pass. The cemetery was beautiful and well worth a visit, but I could have done that on a day I hadn’t paid for the pass. Called the telephone number, it just kept ringing. Tweeted them on X and it was ignored. Quick to take your money but not quick to sort a problem out. Very disappointing

Do not buy if you’re most interested in the advertised walking tours - Both walking tours (DC memorials/monuments and Arlington Cemetery) did not meet at the advertised. These tours were listed as 89/person and the major reason I bought these passes. Customer service was nonexistent and are refusing refund. This is false advertising.
